Great service on Curbside Pickup in… Great service on Curbside Pickup in Erie! They shop my online order, I schedule a pickup, and they load it up. Procedure is simple and painless and the staff is ALWAYS pleasant. Once I couldn't get there during my delivery time due to a road closure and they worked with me to schedule a later pickup time. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I purchased gift cards and they did not… I purchased gift cards and they did not work. Received the activation code but when trying to use them was told no money on them. Now Giant Eagle is giving me every excuse not to refund my money. They continue to tell me different dates when I will hear back from them. I have been trying to get this resolved since May 3rd. Do not purchase gift cards from them. Supervisor Beth was no help at all. Nor were any of the customer service people.

The Pharmacist & Staff are very professional & friendly. In fact I am going there tomorrow for my flu shot, and my Moderna Booster 💉 ouch 🤕🤞😓 We even have a StarBucks inside our Giant Eagle ☕️ I have been a loyal customer of Giant Eagle , SquirrelHill , Pittsburg , PA , since our UPMC days in the late 1980’s . Our only son was born @ Magee Womens Hospital in Pittsburg . I've tried 3 times to get my issue with… I've tried 3 times to get my issue with my Advance Pay account fixed with no success. Giant eagle has the worst Customer Service department I've ever dealt with. Even cell phone companies aren't as bad as Giant Eagle. Everything is set up, so their CS department tells me, but I've tried 3 times to use the Adv Pay at the GetGo pump with no success. Giant Eagle CS depart would not help me, they told me it was a GetGo problem. I went to Get Go, they told me I had to go online to get it fixed. That sure was a waste of my time. Terrible company to deal with.

This is now my favorite store since… This is now my favorite store since they changed their name to Market Place. Their attempt to become an upscale store is paying off for the customer because they are now offering a wide array of different foods and fresh cuts of meat, and it doesn't hurt that you can still save dollars at the gas pump. They are still more pricer than their competition but, the savings at the pump is a plus.
