The Pharmacist & Staff are very professional & friendly. Feeding the opioid epidemic How dare you feed the opioid epidemic....and settling out of court,paying an undisclosed amount of money, all because you know you were GUILTY of abusing your right to fill prescriptions for opioids. Shame on your company....I will never shop there again, your stores always were less than desirable.

Issue is with digital wallet Issue is with digital wallet. I have several hundreds of dollars in my E-card wallet and cannot access any of my E-cards. Have not been able to access any of my E-cards for over a week. Called customer service which was unable to address my concerns and had no idea when problem would be resolved. Sent email voicing my concerns with no response. Very dissatisfied with Giant Eagle main office customer service.

Great service on Curbside Pickup in… Great service on Curbside Pickup in Erie! They shop my online order, I schedule a pickup, and they load it up. Procedure is simple and painless and the staff is ALWAYS pleasant. Once I couldn't get there during my delivery time due to a road closure and they worked with me to schedule a later pickup time. I would highly recommend shopping here.

I don't like the fact that you no… I don't like the fact that you no longer mail sales papers and the fact that you no longer supply plastic bags I believe it's more of cost and profit issue than saving the environment.
