Now Giant Eagle is giving me every excuse not to refund my money. They continue to tell me different dates when I will hear back from them. I have been trying to get this resolved since May 3rd. Do not purchase gift cards from them. Supervisor Beth was no help at all. Nor were any of the customer service people.

Giant Eagle Scales Off Well, everyone I wasn't far off! Giant Eagle is now cited for their scales being off calibrated and over charging their customers. This should warrant a full audit of all stores and Giant Eagle brand affiliates.
