The Pharmacist & Staff are very professional & friendly. Horrible produce. Giant Eagle can be a great place to shop, if you don't mind paying higher prices. However, not all are equal. The one in Garfield Hts, Ohio is absolutely horrible when it comes to produce. I have tried to overlook my experiences many times, but after buying a bag of apples, in which half were spoiled, I'm done. Quality control seems to be nonexistent and while I understand staffing issues, maybe it's time to close if you can't maintain a standard.

Giant Eagle Scales Off Well, everyone I wasn't far off! Giant Eagle is now cited for their scales being off calibrated and over charging their customers. This should warrant a full audit of all stores and Giant Eagle brand affiliates.

This is now my favorite store since… This is now my favorite store since they changed their name to Market Place. Their attempt to become an upscale store is paying off for the customer because they are now offering a wide array of different foods and fresh cuts of meat, and it doesn't hurt that you can still save dollars at the gas pump. They are still more pricer than their competition but, the savings at the pump is a plus.
