Received late and totally destroyed… Received late and totally destroyed items. Perishables had damaged packaging and most items had to be thrown out. Worse, customer service refused to issue a credit or refund even with a picture. They said the picture didnt show sufficient damage. I They ruined my parents' 50th anniversary. The parent company has several such websites. Do not but ANYTHING from Gift Group (their email addresses contain "giftgp")

Horrible - lemons for pears Horrible. We followed up 3-4 times on our order & after 3 weeks it shipped after being told multiple times it was the carriers fault for delay. We ordered the chocolate dipped pears and they shipped two green apples, two red apples, and two lemons! Like any of those are a substitute for chocolate covered pears. No advance request for substitute, nor any accountability upon complaint. There is no real person to talk to, you get diverted to email which you get a response it can take up to 48 hours to respond to. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience. Disappointment in a basket should be their marketing slogan.

Similar experience to everyone here Similar experience to everyone here. Delivered wine that was HOT. Was supposed to include chocolate covered strawberries but they were gross candy molds that we melted and disgusting. No one answers telephone or returns emails. I think we all need to take this to the news as this appears to be quite the scam. I am reporting the BBB and disputing on the credit card.

“Passover” basket isn’t kosher for Passover Same deal as everyone else. Terrible terrible company. Ordered a bunch of “Passover” baskets for donors of a non-profit. They sent a bunch of stuff that wasn’t Kosher, let alone Kosher for Passover. Seriously, who sends shortbread cookies in a Passover basket?! Screw your “substitution” policy. That is just unacceptable.

Awful service I ordered a gift but used my auto fill details and didn’t realise until I submitted that I used my UK address for shipping rather than USA address I’d meant to use. My fault. Immediately emailed company to ask for this to be amended. Track order showing as unfulfilled but CSR insisted already shipped. Got invoice for shipping charges but as free shipping in USA haven’t paid it. Given another email to contact after fruitless online chat. Got same standard email back. Awful service - like others wish I’d checked here first.
