CARotten Food and complete order substitution Moldy fruit was delivered with only 2-day ship-to-receive time. The wine I paid extra for was substituted for lesser, completely different products. The fruit was also not prepared as per the order. When contacted they denied any kind of refund or compensation, stating that their terms and conditions state "the entire contents of the basket may be substituted" and they do not guarantee in any way "perishable items." This business is likely a scam.

GBSCAM If you’re reading this then you have been scammed, ripped off like the rest of us unfortunately. Like everyone else I wish we had done our due diligence on this company. If you’re fortunate enough to be reading this before ordering with HAZELTONS, then DO NOT order anything with this company. You will 100% not receive what you’ve ordered or most likely not receive anything at all. Looking forward to seeing them on AMERICAN GREED SOON….

GBHorrible - lemons for pears Horrible. We followed up 3-4 times on our order & after 3 weeks it shipped after being told multiple times it was the carriers fault for delay. We ordered the chocolate dipped pears and they shipped two green apples, two red apples, and two lemons! Like any of those are a substitute for chocolate covered pears. No advance request for substitute, nor any accountability upon complaint. There is no real person to talk to, you get diverted to email which you get a response it can take up to 48 hours to respond to. Horrible, absolutely horrible experience. Disappointment in a basket should be their marketing slogan.

GBI feel totally cheated I searched for a local company in Kingston Ontario to deliver a special birthday present. The web site offers same day delivery however when I ordered it I was advised 1-2 day delivery. The cake arrived smashed and I had the photos which I forwarded to the company. They said that I should have ordered same or next day delivery as it was perishable. At no time was I aware that the cake was being exported from the US to Canada. The adverts make sure that you think it is local. I am so angry. I should have looked on trust pilot before I ordered

GBI learned my lesson I learned my lesson. Their prices and shipping are too good to be true. I placed a $100 cake/bread order on 12/26 and confirmation email stated expected delivery was 12/28. I finally got delivery today, 1 week later and like other complaints the box is half smashed. When I called to complain they requested I email pics of the box. Then I got an email back stating that they use all sorts of couriers and it was my fault for not opting for overnight delivery (which would have made this unreasonably expensive). They should just be honest on their website and say that they have no idea when you will receive your order.
