GBI feel totally cheated I searched for a local company in Kingston Ontario to deliver a special birthday present. The web site offers same day delivery however when I ordered it I was advised 1-2 day delivery. The cake arrived smashed and I had the photos which I forwarded to the company. They said that I should have ordered same or next day delivery as it was perishable. At no time was I aware that the cake was being exported from the US to Canada. The adverts make sure that you think it is local. I am so angry. I should have looked on trust pilot before I ordered

GBAwful! Awful! Basket arrived a day late despite promising same day delivery in a box festooned with Styrofoam peanuts that filled a 13 gallon tall wastebag. Pretzels were not fresh, balloon did not arrive, fresh fruit was substituted with gross (and cheap!) milk chocolate item. Customer service demanded photos of product, which was ridiculous bc nothing was broken, they were missing. Back & forth 3 x before they offered to refund cost of balloon. Fruit could not be refunded bc a product was subsituted without my knowledge, input or permission. Go elsewhere!

GBFalse advertising. Crooks! False advertising says they deliver within 90 minutes locally in New Jersey but order came from Connecticut. Tried to cancel order placed in Dec 22nd. They do not answer phones, emails, or their fake chat. The reviews on their website are all fake! This company is awful! Order received very late. Paid 11.99 for gourmet cheese as an addition but none was sent. Bananas all brown and soft! Yuck! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS FAKE COMPANY!

RSAVOID THEM!! AVOID THEM!!! SCAMMERS please please do not order from them, they are lying about delivery dates. So many negative reviews that recently they changed their website from hazeltons to yorkvilles.com. Please be careful! Unfortunately didn't read reviews before ordering

GBAwful service I ordered a gift but used my auto fill details and didn’t realise until I submitted that I used my UK address for shipping rather than USA address I’d meant to use. My fault. Immediately emailed company to ask for this to be amended. Track order showing as unfulfilled but CSR insisted already shipped. Got invoice for shipping charges but as free shipping in USA haven’t paid it. Given another email to contact after fruitless online chat. Got same standard email back. Awful service - like others wish I’d checked here first.
