Took us 2 weeks to figure out how to… Took us 2 weeks to figure out how to get the meat done the way we like it. Like how the grill sears the juices inside the meat and the texture of the meat once cooked. Disappointed the flame blows out quickly when its windy. Grill messy at times because the grilling surface and drip tray don't come out at the same time.

I tried something else I went to try something else, that something else wasn't worth a hoot! Returned something else, the folks at Schwank-Blazen Bull were very helpful getting my order together. Now I wait, I've a couple of steaks and some hamburger patties waiting to get burnt medium rare!!! Stay tuned

Salamander for outside kitchen Grill performs exactly as advertised and is well made. It is really very similar to a commercial kitchen's salamander but clearly designed for an outside kitchen. Definitely a value. Not just for steaks. Vegetables, sea food and appetizers have all been great.
