Salamander for outside kitchen Grill performs exactly as advertised and is well made. It is really very similar to a commercial kitchen's salamander but clearly designed for an outside kitchen. Definitely a value. Not just for steaks. Vegetables, sea food and appetizers have all been great.

Setup was a breeze (Other than me swapping out a quick connect on the gas line). The unit worked like a charm the first time - did a tomahawk following the videos suggestions I found online. The 1270.00 Blazing Bull I ordered as a… The 1270.00 Blazing Bull I ordered as a gift for my brother arrived damaged with a crease across the entire length of the back about 1 inch from the bottom. I didn't notice it until after the gift was presented. Paid 70.00 for expedited delivery but had to wait an extra day because UPS didn't hold up their end of the bargain.

I tried something else I went to try something else, that something else wasn't worth a hoot! Returned something else, the folks at Schwank-Blazen Bull were very helpful getting my order together. Now I wait, I've a couple of steaks and some hamburger patties waiting to get burnt medium rare!!! Stay tuned
