Excellent service and Product from Schwank Excellent service from Schwank. Easy to order online, quick shipment in a well-packaged box. Setup was a breeze (Other than me swapping out a quick connect on the gas line). The unit worked like a charm the first time - did a tomahawk following the videos suggestions I found online. Looking forward to more steaks and to do a pizza or two. I recommend this.

The grill is amazing and easy to use The grill is amazing and easy to use. 2 things that would greatly improve to functionality is a deeper drip tray and a quick disconnect on the gas hose. When pulling food out the drip tray is about 3-4 inches shorter than the drip tray shelf and grate allowing drippings to make a mess. These 2 things would make the grill much more enjoyable to use. Otherwise I love it and use it multiple times a week.

Great grill, poor quality control Overall, it seems to be a great grill. I love how my meat turns out, I love the speed and convenience of it, and I love the way it easily disassembles and cleans up. They sent me a defective unit at first, so I had to send it back, and it took a while for them to send me another one. Now the igniter doesn't work on the new one they sent me, but I don't feel like going through the hassle to send it back in. I'll just light it with a lighter. Overall great product, but you'd expect better quality control from and American company. Maybe I'm being too generous giving four stars, but I do really like the product.
