The grill is amazing and easy to use The grill is amazing and easy to use. 2 things that would greatly improve to functionality is a deeper drip tray and a quick disconnect on the gas hose. When pulling food out the drip tray is about 3-4 inches shorter than the drip tray shelf and grate allowing drippings to make a mess. These 2 things would make the grill much more enjoyable to use. Otherwise I love it and use it multiple times a week.

Salamander for outside kitchen Grill performs exactly as advertised and is well made. It is really very similar to a commercial kitchen's salamander but clearly designed for an outside kitchen. Definitely a value. Not just for steaks. Vegetables, sea food and appetizers have all been great.

Like how the grill sears the juices inside the meat and the texture of the meat once cooked. Disappointed the flame blows out quickly when its windy. Grill messy at times because the grilling surface and drip tray don't come out at the same time.

When ordered it was shipped quickly and was everything I expected plus more. I would recommend this grill to anyone who wants a perfect steak and anyone who is a novice griller to a grilling master. It does do more that steak I've put chicken and pork chops and turned out excellent. One warning is not to leave it alone to cook because you can overcook your meat.
