GBMy last order was delayed because of… My last order was delayed because of weather somewhere, and when I received it, it was thawed and had an internal temperature of 46°. Non-usable. I filled out the form they sent via email, and they apologized and said a new order would be sent right out. As I haven't seen a replacement order nor heard from anyone, I called customer service, and the woman was quite nice and helpful, yet I still haven't heard a thing. They've had my money since March 26th for a product I couldn't use. I think their product is better than Omaha Steaks (my previous supplier), but their Customer Service leaves a lot to be desired. If this isn't fixed, I may have to go back to Omaha. Product Quality 9 Stars Customer Service 0 Stars

GBThe chat person was quick and helpful… The chat person was quick and helpful -- made sure to order me ADDITIONAL DRY ICE since I live in South Florida and my shipment was delayed another day and came to me thawed. She sent me a new box and that's exactly what needed to happen. Maybe South Florida is too far from you guys if this happens again, I may have to re-think this.
