I was a bit concerned because… I was a bit concerned because I was stuck at my office most the day and did not get home until about four hours after the items arrived on my porch. We’ve had some crazy hot days here in Los Angeles, and 3600 miles away from NY, so I feared the worst. But your packaging was perfect the dry ice was still functional and even the ice packs were still super solid so you guys came through beautifully on this order. Best of all, I had my family over for barbecue and we had the lobster rolls, as a delicious appetizer, and Chef Adam’s recipe was terrific and everyone was super impressed with the buttered Italian rolls. The Lobster rolls were "off the hook good". I'm not much of a cook, but the instructions were spot on, and everything worked out beautifully. I especially liked that the Spice Blend that was included, on the side, and could be applied to taste. The Clarified Chive Butter added, at the last moment, made me look like I really knew what I was doing with my family and friends. Uneditable stone crab I ordered 2 pounds of large stone crab claws, shrimp and 4 frozen crab cakes. I took the Box straight from the deliver's hand and put it in the refrigerator but was a little skeptical because it already smelled fishy. the next day when I went to eat the product only 3 of the 10 stone crab claws were edible The rest were just mush when you cracked it and they had a very fishy odor because I was entertaining I threw the smelly mushy ones away I did eat 3 even though the meat was not as firm as what I'd had in restaurants before. the next day after my party I emailed the company and they asked for pictures of the product I'd already thrown it in the trash because of the smell. Just want people to know if they want something done about a product that was not satisfactory don't throw it away and take a picture. Also the crab cakes and shrimp were excellent, so I don't know what the problem was with the stone crab, almost like it was over cooked or left in water too long.

The lump crab was frozen and flavorless… The lump crab was frozen and flavorless and freezer burnt and expensive and wasted 2/3s of it. I haven’t tried the pieces yet but I wouldn’t reccommmend the lump crab at all. And idk how to get a refund if I even can. And I buy a lot of crab but first tim here I use Maine lobster now

Great Company! Not one who leaves reviews but made an exception this time. We have ordered from most of the large and smaller meat and seafood specialty online stores. Allfeshseafood.com is above and beyond in customer service. I chatted with someone about a discrepancy between an offer I received in an email that was not the same as what the web site showed. I was told it was being forwarded to a supervisor to review. Later that evening, Saturday evening, I received an email from one of the owners. I replied after placing an order and got a reply the next day stating he was taking care of the order. I received a phone call Wednesday evening from another one of the owners stating there was an issue with one of the items and left me his personal cell phone number to follow up. Package arrived Friday morning well insulted and all items accounted for. We have tried 3 of the 4 items we purchased and all were great. From our experience, you cannot go wrong ordering from them. The owners are hands on and committed to the business.

Probably the last time I've ordered twice now from allfresh seafood. The seafood is generally pretty good, though incredibly expensive. The first time we ordered scallops and the lobster roll kits and both were really good. Still haven't eaten the monkfish that we ordered that time as we froze it. This last time I ordered the scallops again and, once again, they were very good though extremely expensive. We also ordered the dumplings as they sent us promos on them so many times that I thought I had to try them. So far, out of the three, which are shrimp lobster and crab, we've had the shrimp and the crab. This shrimp, which I thought would probably be the weak link of the trio, is actually pretty good. The crab is very disappointing and very processed tasting. Its a lot of workto cook theze and diffi ult to get them just right. This probably will be the last time that I order as every time I've spent between $145 to $175 and never thought that I got a lot for my money.
