GBRotten meat, refused to refund I received two expensive beef roasts that both turned out to be rotten when defrosted. There were visible holes in the packaging and the support person suggested they were safe to eat since they were "locked tight in a sealed box." So cardboard boxes protect meat against contamination now? The meat was foul smelling and discolored at the surface and in the middle and slimy. I was told it was safe to eat and they can add another one to my next order!

GBTheir customer service is very poor Their customer service is very poor. When I changed my delivery date I was billed for an additional order that I did not want. I had changed my delivery order in the past and this did not happen. When I contacted customer service they did not care. They are very expensive and I would not ever recommend them to anyone.

GBThe Fish is awful if you do not know fresh from old The Beef is fine, but the Fish is absolutely awful. If you do not know the difference between old fish and fresh fish, then you probably won’t be disappointed. I’ve ordered twice…two strikes is enough and the company does not care if you complain about quality. Always use AMEX when ordering, AMEX stands behind you and will reimburse you for the bad product. Crowd cow doesn’t seem to care

GBPoor quality seafood Twice we have ordered the scallops and they were bitter from being treated with chemicals. American wagu was no better than prime. Twice the order was sent 3 or 4 day delivery during the winter to south Texas where we can have 5 or 6 days of 80+ degree weather, one box completely thawed, another half thawed, half partially frozen. I would not recommend to anyone.

GBBe aware when you order frozen items My box arrived with no ice packs or anything to keep the contents cold at least , I was at work and my bf decided to save the situation and put everything in the deep freeze ; I contacted Crowd Cow CS later same day to report what happened but there was no support at all for what happened and Nina kept repeating same robotic answers within her emails. I had to throw the food away because it smelled as well.
