Never using them again Never using them again. I ordered 12 snails and 6 siames algea eaters. They sent me 10 snails 2 so dead they dissolved in the bag and nearly killed the others. Then the 6 siamese algea eaters showed up as 6 chinese algea eaters. Utterly useless, not even the same fish and very territorial. So guess what 6 fish get to die because live aquaria are pieces of sh.

Would give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a midas blenny and it arrived dead...no ice packs in the box and it was so hot inside when I got it (unlike when I ordered corals from another establishment, which was carefully shipped with cooling packs). I feel sick this fish was essentially killed this way. I'll never be using them again.

My first order and the fish was dead My first order from them resulted in a dead blend arriving and an order for a coral that was in stock when I purchased but, after I submitted the order, was back ordered for weeks possibly. Customer service said they’d apply credit to my account for the dead fish. But, if I want to reorder, they'd charge me $40 for box fees and shipping if I want use that credit to get a new fish. I have. A”box” right here that the dead fish cane in and $30 shipping that the was wasted. And I’m not sure if, when my coral gets in stock, they’ll charge for shipping that separately. I won’t be using them again.

Dead Aquaria I ordered a total of 42 fish for a total of $183. Of the 42 ordered fish, 4 were never shipped, 4 were dead on arrival and and 24 more died within 7 days of receiving the order. The condition of the fish upon arrival was as follows. 4 were covered in white fungus, 2 had visible parasites and many of the others had frayed fins and were generally unhealthy. As of the writing of the review, only 10 remain alive. After calling Live Aquaria, and emailing them, sending pictures and following their 7 day arrive alive guarantee, I am left holding the bag at a temendous loss of money. All they do is credit your account with the cost per fish excluding the cost of shipping, and their 7 days is actually only 6 days as they count off one of the days on day zero. I do NOT recommend doing business with this company.

Literally the worst supplier of fish Literally the worst supplier of fish. Every animal I purchased was damaged or poor quality. I purchased 2 "lemon oscars" that ended up just terrible quality albinos for a premium price. They were also lethargic from being cold in 60° water (these are tropical fish). A couple invertebrates the snails had cracks and broken shells. Then the plecostomus was clinging to life with shredded fins that broke off into more and more pieces when he'd try to move. Nothing was officially DOA but this company should be shut down for animal abuse. Absolute worst care I've ever seen. On the customer service side they said to email them for what I thought were incorrect fish (the "lemons") but customer service ignored my email. The pleco died soon after arrival since it was so busted up so I filed a claim for their 14 day warranty and received a small store credit of $7 for the pleco $9 sick and damages pleco. I spent $100 between shipping and fish. Absolute hole do not buy!!
