GBNever using them again Never using them again. I ordered 12 snails and 6 siames algea eaters. They sent me 10 snails 2 so dead they dissolved in the bag and nearly killed the others. Then the 6 siamese algea eaters showed up as 6 chinese algea eaters. Utterly useless, not even the same fish and very territorial. So guess what 6 fish get to die because live aquaria are pieces of sh.

GBMy first order and the fish was dead My first order from them resulted in a dead blend arriving and an order for a coral that was in stock when I purchased but, after I submitted the order, was back ordered for weeks possibly. Customer service said they’d apply credit to my account for the dead fish. But, if I want to reorder, they'd charge me $40 for box fees and shipping if I want use that credit to get a new fish. I have. A”box” right here that the dead fish cane in and $30 shipping that the was wasted. And I’m not sure if, when my coral gets in stock, they’ll charge for shipping that separately. I won’t be using them again.

GBSpent $150+ on dead fish Spent $150+ and all arrived DOA. Based on the smell alone I'd say that many were dead at shipping time. No communication, no compensation. Just nothing. They do not care about your dead fish, and keep all the money anyway. This is a scam. Buyer beware!!!

GBDon't do this to the poor animals… My last several orders from them have gone horribly. This last one I ordered snails. 100% dead, 75 snails. 50 were < 1/4" nassarius snails. A supervisor from live aquaria instructed me after titration not to put them even in a quarantine tank, but my tank, even though I knew they were dead. So I did. Then I had to raise heaven and hell and beg to get half of my money back from another supervisor. They wanted me to pull all 75 "tiny unseeable" shells on a white background even after I warned them on multiple occasions their recommendations led to this. I will not do business with them again. Order before this: coral. Dead on arrival. Order before that: gobies, 8. I have 3 that survived. Don't order from them unless you're okay with fish harvested from the ocean for profit dying. Buy ORA or Local fish store, but never, never, liveaquaria.

GBWould give zero stars if I could Would give zero stars if I could. Ordered a midas blenny and it arrived dead...no ice packs in the box and it was so hot inside when I got it (unlike when I ordered corals from another establishment, which was carefully shipped with cooling packs). I feel sick this fish was essentially killed this way. I'll never be using them again.
