Never using them again Never using them again. I ordered 12 snails and 6 siames algea eaters. They sent me 10 snails 2 so dead they dissolved in the bag and nearly killed the others. Then the 6 siamese algea eaters showed up as 6 chinese algea eaters. Utterly useless, not even the same fish and very territorial. So guess what 6 fish get to die because live aquaria are pieces of sh.

Dead fish, bad guarantee I ordered several killifish; 6 rainbow Boesmani, 2 angelfish, and a dozen cardinal tetras. They failed to send a shipping email, which I was told to expect. It's getting cold, so I'd like to have a rough idea when they are shipped. Luckily, I was home. Angelfish were canceled-no big deal. Tetra bag leaked in box, but they were alive-we'll see. All 6 Boesmani were dead. I was refunded $75 in store credit. Between the $30 shipping and $10 box charge, that leaves $35 in credit to a company I no longer trust to send me live fish. If they send you dead fish, they should replace them, and cover shipping.

DON'T BUY FROM HERE DON'T BUY FROM HERE - AND IF YOU DO, DON'T SAY I DIDNT WARN YOU!!!! I spent $75 dollars on 24 of some of the smallest cherry barbs I ever seen. Four of them were dead and the bag of water smelled like death. I quarantined the remaining fish and they are now almost all dead in 2 days. I got a $18.00 store credit despite all the fish dying. A store credit is pretty much worthless with a $9.99 box fee and $29.00 shipping. NEVER ORDERING FROM HERE AGAIN.

Much Better! Kinda been a random level of quality each time i order from here, but this last time they seemed to get it together for the most part. Each fish was bagged separately, and packaged in anti bacterial/ anti fungal medication. The bag water was cool and clean, fish were 98% healthy on arrival. Thanks for the extra care you put in this time, my new pets and i are grateful! Also the plants i ordered arrived green and lush, and considerably cleaner than most plants I have gotten from alternative sources! Keep up the good work!

DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE!I purchased 5… DO NOT BUY FISH FROM HERE!I purchased 5 fish from here.experienced aquarist.fish were quarintined.2 fish died within 7 days.sent in the forms for the guarantee and NEVER got a response.Another 2 died soon after.only have 1 left after spending so much money on fish and the insane shipping cost.Also,website clearly states a size range.We purchased bigger fish because if not they would be eaten by the other fish and we received all tiny tiny baby fish forcing them to be quarintined for years had they not all died anyway.BUYER BEWARE!!
