Helpful staff The folks at Resources Unlimited are always helpful when I call with questions. They respond quickly to emails as well. I really appreciated the class they held recently to help us transition our classroom DiSC training to online video conferencing. They provided lots of good tools and helpful insights.

Excellent training Excellent training! Very knowledgeable trainer. Once you are certified and use the company for administering your DISC assessments, they are very responsible to all requests, questions and issues. My contact, Alicia, is the best! She provides immediate response to my business needs and makes sure I have everything I need, when I need it. When I have had the occasion to work other employees of Resources Unlimited, they have been just as responsive. Best customer service of any company I have dealt with.
