GBPrice is standard no matter the volume bought, ??? Very easy to order, I also receive the books in a timely manner. Great product. I do not like the one set price as I buy several hundred of these books. We train our people in areas sometimes without internet access, so the online version is useless to us. Will be looking at other versions of Personality profile activities. Thanks

GBExcellent training Excellent training! Very knowledgeable trainer. Once you are certified and use the company for administering your DISC assessments, they are very responsible to all requests, questions and issues. My contact, Alicia, is the best! She provides immediate response to my business needs and makes sure I have everything I need, when I need it. When I have had the occasion to work other employees of Resources Unlimited, they have been just as responsive. Best customer service of any company I have dealt with.

GBTerrifically responsive team Terrifically responsive team. The ability to be able to buy credits at any hour of the day or night is so important. But I also rely on the personal contact with the very knowledgeable staff. I have never been disappointed when I have called for help.

GBInvoicing Only criticism is not receiving notice when invoices aren't paid on time. Finding out months later that a business partner overlooked an invoice when attempt to transfer credits for another partner is frustrating. Would like to see a more proactive notification system. Missing an invoice is our fault not yours but not hearing about outstanding invoices sooner is something you can fix. When issues like these have arose your team is helpful in resolution.
