Once you are certified and use the company for administering your DISC assessments, they are very responsible to all requests, questions and issues. My contact, Alicia, is the best! She provides immediate response to my business needs and makes sure I have everything I need, when I need it. When I have had the occasion to work other employees of Resources Unlimited, they have been just as responsive. Best customer service of any company I have dealt with.

Highly Recommend! I have purchased multiple DiSCs from Resources Unlimited for potential job candidates. They are so wonderful to work with. I receive access quickly, can get in touch with them via chat or email, and they provide reports and invoices fast! I have not had one negative experience with them. Invoicing Only criticism is not receiving notice when invoices aren't paid on time. Finding out months later that a business partner overlooked an invoice when attempt to transfer credits for another partner is frustrating. Would like to see a more proactive notification system. Missing an invoice is our fault not yours but not hearing about outstanding invoices sooner is something you can fix. When issues like these have arose your team is helpful in resolution.
