A better world view The results from my DiSC assessment test have been extremely helpful. I now have a much better understanding of not only my own strengths and weaknesses but also some insight into how other people may view the world and situations that may arise.

Invoicing Only criticism is not receiving notice when invoices aren't paid on time. Finding out months later that a business partner overlooked an invoice when attempt to transfer credits for another partner is frustrating. Would like to see a more proactive notification system. Missing an invoice is our fault not yours but not hearing about outstanding invoices sooner is something you can fix. When issues like these have arose your team is helpful in resolution.

Platform is super easy to use Platform is super easy to use. Customer service is highly responsive and helpful. The ease of use makes me more likely to recommend assessments offered via your platform. Would wish more assessments to be offered this way!

Building a Great Relationship We had a good experience with Resources Unlimited around their DISC assessment tool. They helped us along the way and even worked with us on some problems we had on our end to straighten things out and maintain the relationship. We look forward to working with them more in the future.
