I do not like the one set price as I buy several hundred of these books. We train our people in areas sometimes without internet access, so the online version is useless to us. There are some questions which I was in the exact middle of, and had to make a choice I wouldn't normally make, so it basically is a coin flip which seems less accurate. I have taken the survey twice in four years, and there was a fairly large shift in my assessment, so I'm not sure if that's the close questions going one way, then the other – or something else.
