A better world view The results from my DiSC assessment test have been extremely helpful. I now have a much better understanding of not only my own strengths and weaknesses but also some insight into how other people may view the world and situations that may arise.

There are some questions which I was in the exact middle of, and had to make a choice I wouldn't normally make, so it basically is a coin flip which seems less accurate. I have taken the survey twice in four years, and there was a fairly large shift in my assessment, so I'm not sure if that's the close questions going one way, then the other – or something else.

Building a Great Relationship We had a good experience with Resources Unlimited around their DISC assessment tool. They helped us along the way and even worked with us on some problems we had on our end to straighten things out and maintain the relationship.
