GBAWFUL Support Not that I used traditional email support, but I had the official Instagram account tell me to send information regarding my order to get started on a warranty claim. They did not respond for over a month after this and still have not responded. My warranty claim happened without ever receiving a message but only after I threatened to contact the BBB. Overall a very poor experience for what I’d say is a mediocre product. Stay away from the terp pen line, their flower vapes are the only thing worth a buying.

GBDishonorable warranty I bought a terp pen that broke about 2 weeks after the purchase and I'm having a hard time getting it replaced or fixed in accordance with the warranty.Starting to regret the purchase especially if the warranty won't be honered

GB5 pens in total I currently own 3 terp pen spectrums, 2 terp pen XL and 1 terp pen. The new spectrum battery's are terrible. The charge on it only lasts about 2 sessions. My pen XL will last half the day and the small terp pen will last all day. I have so many spectrum pens because boundless sent me 2 more to replace the battery issue. They suck. Battery wise buy the small pen. It works 10x better than the new spectrum.

GBI purchased a boundless terp pen at a… I purchased a boundless terp pen at a local smoke shop. I used it 3 times and went to clean it with the cleaning brush like the instructions said. When I went to pull the cleaning brush out, the coil wire came out with it. Was very disappointing. I'm thinking it was a sorry $40 investment. Sure hope others haven't had this problem

GBIt’ll get you high but frustrate u until then. I like the Terp pen, it works except the coils themselves are basically impossible to clean, the airflow gets clogged super easily and the battery doesn’t last me past one and a half seshes if I’m lucky. Pretty frustrating honestly.
