terrible service terrible service. my package took a total of 17 days before it even shipped from order date. after 2 days they printed the shipping label and then let it sit telling me they shipped it when they hadn’t and at that point they told me they wouldn’t refund me money till the 14th business day of no postal activity and then literally on the 14th business day they finally sent my package out.

Extremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been tracking a package sent to me for over a week now. First it ships over to my side of the country just fine saying it will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no package in sight. It sat in a warehouse for two days before randomly being sent back to Florida. I’m very disappointed. I feel as though I’ve just been scammed by a bunch of scum bags. Whoever runs this company is clearly unable to. I will be taking legal action if my package is not compensated in full refund.

False advertising (kinda) I’m giving them 3 stars because when I order my MJ mini jig it came with a broken banger & they sent me a new (upgraded) banger no problem buuuutttt I soon found out they are selling the older model that the original company no longer makes for more money then the new updated version I was a little upset... I paid $60 on MJarsenal’s website(the original company) & my husband paid $75 on tokers supply. I just feel like that’s false advertisement & they’re getting over on people. They need to list that it’s the old model & they should definitely lower the price.
