Big fan of Rock Glass and only wish I could order actual replacement bowls from Rock Glass. I really wish you would change your policy or practice with the whole "colors randomly chosen" bit. But I really appreciate the professionalism of your company thanks again!!!

I had recently purchased two different… I had recently purchased two different items one glass and one silicone. I received both of them the way they were meant to be New and unused. The glass I've purchased before but the silicone I haven't purchased it before. I thought it all came apart and went back together for the most part. I stood corrected with the tip. The tip of The silicone doesn't go right back on when they glued it. I never actually used it. I originally felt like I was givin attitude when I tryed to get a replacement . which I am able to know but still.

Quick turnaround and Sturdy materials This is my 3rd of the same item, I came back to but another after breaking my first because of the quality of design and materials. The 2nd came broken from shipping and their turnaround was great for both orders.

Extremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been tracking a package sent to me for over a week now. First it ships over to my side of the country just fine saying it will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no package in sight. It sat in a warehouse for two days before randomly being sent back to Florida. I’m very disappointed. I feel as though I’ve just been scammed by a bunch of scum bags. Whoever runs this company is clearly unable to. I will be taking legal action if my package is not compensated in full refund.

Great Selection They have a great selection of all different types of things. The service is fast and reasonable. I loved that they just sent me a different color of something because they were out of the color I choose, instead of not sending any.
