Big fan of Rock Glass and only wish I could order actual replacement bowls from Rock Glass. I really wish you would change your policy or practice with the whole "colors randomly chosen" bit. GBToker Supply seems to be a very good… Toker Supply seems to be a very good company. In the last several weeks I have purchased several different high quality products from them. There products are high quality, the website is well organized and easy to navigate, the shipping is free and quick, generally hard to say when items are sent through USPS but they seem to make it work with getting packages out the door quickly. One of the items I purchased was a combo set and it was missing two small items, I contacted them and they responded by notifying me that they sent the missing pieces within 1 day. Doesn’t get much better!

GBExtremely unprofessional Extremely unprofessional. I’ve been tracking a package sent to me for over a week now. First it ships over to my side of the country just fine saying it will arrive on Tuesday. Tuesday comes and no package in sight. It sat in a warehouse for two days before randomly being sent back to Florida. I’m very disappointed. I feel as though I’ve just been scammed by a bunch of scum bags. Whoever runs this company is clearly unable to. I will be taking legal action if my package is not compensated in full refund.

GBToker Supply Needs to Break Out a Ruler Toker supply has sent me 3 downstems. None of them measures what they claim to measure and as a result they do not fit my glass piece. I have even sent pictures of how they do not measure as advertised. It seems they are incapable of actually reading what my complaint is. They actually sent me a duplicate downstem after I told them it did not fit. It didn’t fit the second time they sent it either. Also nice to see that the reviews they have asked me for are not being posted on their website. So, I guess they only want the reviews that make them look good. Truth is, I have spent over $25, written 3 e-mails to customer support, and written 2 reviews but I still have not received a downstem that fits my piece. I have ordered from another company and I suggest anyone else looking for a downstem do the same. After posting this I received notification from Toker Supply that I have been refunded. It’s the only thing they have done correctly
