Not bad but not good Got the bong one week, then the ash catcher and banger 2 weeks after, and the banger wasnt even the one i ordered, never ordering from here again.

Toker Supply Needs to Break Out a Ruler Toker supply has sent me 3 downstems. None of them measures what they claim to measure and as a result they do not fit my glass piece. I have even sent pictures of how they do not measure as advertised. It seems they are incapable of actually reading what my complaint is. They actually sent me a duplicate downstem after I told them it did not fit. It didn’t fit the second time they sent it either. Also nice to see that the reviews they have asked me for are not being posted on their website. So, I guess they only want the reviews that make them look good. Truth is, I have spent over $25, written 3 e-mails to customer support, and written 2 reviews but I still have not received a downstem that fits my piece. I have ordered from another company and I suggest anyone else looking for a downstem do the same. After posting this I received notification from Toker Supply that I have been refunded. It’s the only thing they have done correctly

$50 mystery box is ok, expedited shipping is a poor money grab $50 mystery box items were acceptable but some of the small items are useless “value adders” like the microscopic grinder for instance. Be sure to avoid faster shipping methods as I paid almost $100 for UPS express to ensure 2 day delivery however TS shipped via UPS ground which was only $15. Don’t charge me for a shipping method if you are not going to use it. Completely unethical and upon reaching out nothing was done to correct the over charge. Id highly recommend supporting local businesses if you can as much better value and service can be had.

terrible service terrible service. my package took a total of 17 days before it even shipped from order date. after 2 days they printed the shipping label and then let it sit telling me they shipped it when they hadn’t and at that point they told me they wouldn’t refund me money till the 14th business day of no postal activity and then literally on the 14th business day they finally sent my package out.

False advertising (kinda) I’m giving them 3 stars because when I order my MJ mini jig it came with a broken banger & they sent me a new (upgraded) banger no problem buuuutttt I soon found out they are selling the older model that the original company no longer makes for more money then the new updated version I was a little upset... I paid $60 on MJarsenal’s website(the original company) & my husband paid $75 on tokers supply. I just feel like that’s false advertisement & they’re getting over on people. They need to list that it’s the old model & they should definitely lower the price.
