GBQuick turnaround and Sturdy materials This is my 3rd of the same item, I came back to but another after breaking my first because of the quality of design and materials. The 2nd came broken from shipping and their turnaround was great for both orders.

GBterrible service terrible service. my package took a total of 17 days before it even shipped from order date. after 2 days they printed the shipping label and then let it sit telling me they shipped it when they hadn’t and at that point they told me they wouldn’t refund me money till the 14th business day of no postal activity and then literally on the 14th business day they finally sent my package out.

GBToker Supply Needs to Break Out a Ruler Toker supply has sent me 3 downstems. None of them measures what they claim to measure and as a result they do not fit my glass piece. I have even sent pictures of how they do not measure as advertised. It seems they are incapable of actually reading what my complaint is. They actually sent me a duplicate downstem after I told them it did not fit. It didn’t fit the second time they sent it either. Also nice to see that the reviews they have asked me for are not being posted on their website. So, I guess they only want the reviews that make them look good. Truth is, I have spent over $25, written 3 e-mails to customer support, and written 2 reviews but I still have not received a downstem that fits my piece. I have ordered from another company and I suggest anyone else looking for a downstem do the same. After posting this I received notification from Toker Supply that I have been refunded. It’s the only thing they have done correctly
