COMMUNICATION, cost one star Would have been 5 stars if I was informed that my 2 items would be shipped separately. First item arrived and said my order was fulfilled. Had to send emails to find out second item was shipped from a different warehouse. I initially thought a mistake was made and I got ripped off. COMMUNICATION

Quick turnaround and Sturdy materials This is my 3rd of the same item, I came back to but another after breaking my first because of the quality of design and materials. The 2nd came broken from shipping and their turnaround was great for both orders.

Just got back into smoking Just got back into smoking, thx to it being legalized here. Haven't bought any real pieces like this one before. I forgot to put what color, because I saw in the pic of it, it was red. So, I prefer the color red but this piece just looks so beautiful I have accepted it as my own, thx Toker Supply. Will be ordering again soon.

terrible service terrible service. my package took a total of 17 days before it even shipped from order date. after 2 days they printed the shipping label and then let it sit telling me they shipped it when they hadn’t and at that point they told me they wouldn’t refund me money till the 14th business day of no postal activity and then literally on the 14th business day they finally sent my package out.

False advertising (kinda) I’m giving them 3 stars because when I order my MJ mini jig it came with a broken banger & they sent me a new (upgraded) banger no problem buuuutttt I soon found out they are selling the older model that the original company no longer makes for more money then the new updated version I was a little upset... I paid $60 on MJarsenal’s website(the original company) & my husband paid $75 on tokers supply. I just feel like that’s false advertisement & they’re getting over on people. They need to list that it’s the old model & they should definitely lower the price.
