Big fan of Rock Glass and only wish I could order actual replacement bowls from Rock Glass. I really wish you would change your policy or practice with the whole "colors randomly chosen" bit. I have not recieved my purchase I have not recieved my purchase. I ordered it for my hubby's birthday. It was never shipped out after the shipping label was made...they are refusing to send me a replacement for 21 days...and now it will not be here in time for my hubby's birthday. Very disappointed. I have also reached out to customer service 2 times and was only responded to 1 time. I am looking forward to receiving my piece and hope it is quality...but the process it is taking to recieve my order is extremely unsatisfactory.

Great Selection They have a great selection of all different types of things. The service is fast and reasonable. I loved that they just sent me a different color of something because they were out of the color I choose, instead of not sending any.
