I have found a couple other vape places online but the shipping is higher to offset the prices. So I would say overall these guys are doing pretty good. The only one thing that I would say that if you tell somebody shipping is going to happen within 1 to 3 days you should probably make sure that happens. Mine was scheduled out for at least 6 days. But hopefully it gets here sooner 🙂

Wow! This was my first order and it came in todays mail. Of course I had to open my order and try one before I answered this. First this was the absolute first time I paid reasonable shipping and the first time I received my order in less than 10 day. Much less and that alone is amazing. Tried a mini and it smells fantastic and taste great. You have a new customer. Thank you!

We ordered 3 vapes from this company &… We ordered 3 vapes from this company & they have not delivered. At first, they were communicating with me & saying we still owed money. Once I gave them the correct order information I haven't heard a word from them. DON'T ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

Item never recieved… I placed my order on the 3rd and today is the 9th. They advertise 3 to 5 day delivery.When I tracked the item it says that it has not yet been shipped and they are waiting on the package arrival before they can distribute it. Contacted customer service and they said they would check into it but still haven't heard anything. Will never buy from lou square again. Awful experience!!
