GBItem never recieved… I placed my order on the 3rd and today is the 9th. They advertise 3 to 5 day delivery.When I tracked the item it says that it has not yet been shipped and they are waiting on the package arrival before they can distribute it. Contacted customer service and they said they would check into it but still haven't heard anything. Will never buy from lou square again. Awful experience!!

GBBad shipping, decent products The main issue I have is their shipping. I have ordered four times from here and all orders never took 1-3 days. it took way longer than that . it seems like Lou takes such a long time to give the package to the post office to ship. There is no reason why me as the customer should be contacting the company everytime to ask why days have passed and it’s still in pre-shipment. If they have a realistic time frame then that would be better. besides shipping, they have the best prices, flavors and brands. if they could just figure out a more accurate way to ship , Lou square would be a 5/5. would def recommend buying from brands that are more well known and popular to increase your chance of getting the best products. One order I placed were supreme vapes and all products were defective. Overall, I would give them a chance but just be open to the idea that shipping might take long !

GBOutstanding I was only in the area for… Outstanding I was only in the area for a short stint due to my wife having to come from San Antonio TX to Crestview FL. I ordered from Lou Square since I don't drive and had 8 Vapes delivered in a Tim manner. Thx again, be blessed and when I get back to SATX then when needed I'll be ordering from ya'll again, thx again and be blessed, Tim

GBTerrible Service No notification of delivery. Bad communication when questioned where delivery is. Quick enough to take your money then bombard you with a load of pointless emails yet cant tell you about your order. Will be seeking a refund. They say their service is to take away the hassle of going to a shop whereas in reality dealing with this has been much more hassle. Very dissapointed and over $150 out of pocket

DEDidn't receive my order - solved! For transparency reasons, I will leave my initial text at the end. Lou Square's support team finally got back to me and solved my issue without hesitation. Really helpful and I will happily order again! Thanks for the great support, Lou Square! "Placed my order on the second of February, and items haven't been shipped yet. Smells like a scam, unfortunately. Also, no reply by customer support. Really inconvenient, wouldn't buy again."
