Item never recieved… I placed my order on the 3rd and today is the 9th. They advertise 3 to 5 day delivery.When I tracked the item it says that it has not yet been shipped and they are waiting on the package arrival before they can distribute it. Contacted customer service and they said they would check into it but still haven't heard anything. Will never buy from lou square again. Awful experience!!

Two weeks before my 2nd order was processed. First order placed on 11/28/23 was perfect, no issues. However the second order I placed on December 29th, it's January 16th and the package finally arrived. This was not a shipping error the order wasn't fulfilled until January 15th. None of the ways to contact the business work except the FB messenger. While they did offer me a 20% coupon for my next order, I'm hesitant to try them again. The customer service was frustrating at best, going from apologizing and promising to make it right, to telling me that my order showed as delivered even though it hadn't been processed yet.

Wow! This was my first order and it came in todays mail. Of course I had to open my order and try one before I answered this. First this was the absolute first time I paid reasonable shipping and the first time I received my order in less than 10 day. Much less and that alone is amazing. Tried a mini and it smells fantastic and taste great. You have a new customer. Thank you!

Didn't receive my order - solved! For transparency reasons, I will leave my initial text at the end. Lou Square's support team finally got back to me and solved my issue without hesitation. Amazing company Amazing company with great costumer service. Super fast delivery, they say delivery in less than an hour but I say almost less than half an hour. Any problem with your vape? They will give you another one if there is a factory malfunction. Super happy with this guys
