GBTwo weeks before my 2nd order was processed. First order placed on 11/28/23 was perfect, no issues. However the second order I placed on December 29th, it's January 16th and the package finally arrived. This was not a shipping error the order wasn't fulfilled until January 15th. None of the ways to contact the business work except the FB messenger. While they did offer me a 20% coupon for my next order, I'm hesitant to try them again. The customer service was frustrating at best, going from apologizing and promising to make it right, to telling me that my order showed as delivered even though it hadn't been processed yet.

GBWow! This was my first order and it came in todays mail. Of course I had to open my order and try one before I answered this. First this was the absolute first time I paid reasonable shipping and the first time I received my order in less than 10 day. Much less and that alone is amazing. Tried a mini and it smells fantastic and taste great. You have a new customer. Thank you!

GBEverything is reasonably priced Everything is reasonably priced, and they are quick to offer you a discount. And the shipping price is free after 50 bucks. I have found a couple other vape places online but the shipping is higher to offset the prices. So I would say overall these guys are doing pretty good. The only one thing that I would say that if you tell somebody shipping is going to happen within 1 to 3 days you should probably make sure that happens. Mine was scheduled out for at least 6 days. But hopefully it gets here sooner 🙂

GBI placed my order and saw that the… I placed my order and saw that the shipping address was missing lot 23. I emailed immediately and to give address correction. I emailed again the following day because I didn’t hear from them. I explained that the address was missing the lot number and it would be returned to sender. It was returned to sender and I am disappointed. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I want them to resend my order or get a refund.
