GBItem never recieved… I placed my order on the 3rd and today is the 9th. They advertise 3 to 5 day delivery.When I tracked the item it says that it has not yet been shipped and they are waiting on the package arrival before they can distribute it. Contacted customer service and they said they would check into it but still haven't heard anything. Will never buy from lou square again. Awful experience!!

First this was the absolute first time I paid reasonable shipping and the first time I received my order in less than 10 day. Much less and that alone is amazing.
