GBTwo weeks before my 2nd order was processed. First order placed on 11/28/23 was perfect, no issues. However the second order I placed on December 29th, it's January 16th and the package finally arrived. This was not a shipping error the order wasn't fulfilled until January 15th. None of the ways to contact the business work except the FB messenger. While they did offer me a 20% coupon for my next order, I'm hesitant to try them again. The customer service was frustrating at best, going from apologizing and promising to make it right, to telling me that my order showed as delivered even though it hadn't been processed yet.

GBDissatisfied The vapes I ordered weren't listed as out of stock. After four attempts via email with no response I was finally able to get a hold of someone and was told it was their suppliers fault as to the problem with a shortage. Not once did Lou square take or even share the blame. I did eventually get a refund but only through my persistence in the matter. Lou square definitely gave me the run around and I'm convinced that I would not have gotten a refund if I didn't push the issue. Not once did Lou square notify me that there was a problem fulfilling my order. I will never nor will I ever recommend Lou Square to anyone.

GBPlaced order on 12th April Placed order on 12th April. They say 1 to 3 days shipping. Today is 15th April and package still hasnt been shipped out. They provided a tracking # for Sendle but that says awaiting package to be dropped off. tried reaching out to support via whatsapp, instagram and email still no response. See people are having the same issue with them as well. Absolutely horrible experience thus far with them. If anything changes, will be sure to update my review. Update: 26th April 2024 After some back and forth messaging them over whatsapp, i was finally able to get my packages. Though it seems they're telling everyone the same excuses, like copy paste . Upgrading my review from 1 star to 3 star just because i was able to get my stuff. Customer service is ass, they might as well just tell you the delivery time is 2 weeks instead of having customers on an unnecessary run around.

GBI placed my order and saw that the… I placed my order and saw that the shipping address was missing lot 23. I emailed immediately and to give address correction. I emailed again the following day because I didn’t hear from them. I explained that the address was missing the lot number and it would be returned to sender. It was returned to sender and I am disappointed. I am still waiting to hear back from them. I want them to resend my order or get a refund.
