My order was never fulfilled My order was never fulfilled. Customer service stopped replying to my emails asking for updates after one response. The delivery website says it is waiting for the package to be “dropped off by sender”, so it is clearly an issue of LouSquare’s side. The lack of customer service has me worried that the entire website is a scam. Do not trust this site. UPDATE: despite Lou Square’s response here, I have still not heard from them in 3 weeks. After a quick google search, I discovered that they actually put their office in Brickell up for sale onJanuary 9 2024, meaning that they probably plan on taking more orders with no intention of fulfilling them. Again, do NOT use this site, it is a scam.

Great products & service! Had a small issue, but it was resolved quickly and they provided constant communication during the whole process. They were super helpful and the vapes are a great price and I will continue to order from here from now on! Would highly recommend!!! A+++

Amazing company Amazing company with great costumer service. Super fast delivery, they say delivery in less than an hour but I say almost less than half an hour. Any problem with your vape? They will give you another one if there is a factory malfunction. Super happy with this guys

Two weeks before my 2nd order was processed. First order placed on 11/28/23 was perfect, no issues. However the second order I placed on December 29th, it's January 16th and the package finally arrived. This was not a shipping error the order wasn't fulfilled until January 15th. None of the ways to contact the business work except the FB messenger. While they did offer me a 20% coupon for my next order, I'm hesitant to try them again. The customer service was frustrating at best, going from apologizing and promising to make it right, to telling me that my order showed as delivered even though it hadn't been processed yet.

The bomb diggity bomb !! I don’t care what anyone else says, Lou Square is the fuvking sh!t! I love them so dearly and ordered 3 times from there! They always deliver between 1-3 business days and it’s always in perfect packaging! They have all flavors and I love it! My package will be here sometime today and I will be ordering again very very soon!!!
