GBservice is slipping 🤷‍♂️ I have been a customer with totally wicked for over 8 years and I used to be able to count on second to none customer service I no longer feel that is true I called last week and told the woman that I really needed my order ASAP she promised me she would walk it out to the warehouse to be mailed today (this kind of request is what used to set them apart) Not only did my item not ship usps priority so I got it within 2 or 3 days They sent it fed ex ground and did not even print a label until the following day and fed ex takes is the slowest shipping they use Now today the tracking does not even have a delivery estimation and it’s the 5 th day already I used to order 100% of my vape gear from them now not so much

GBBeen a customer since 2013 Been a customer since 2013. December 26, 2013 to be exact. Who doesn’t remember the day they quit smoking?!? Always great customer service and fast shipping. Love the rewards program, too. I’ve never even looked for another company.

GBGreat customer service! Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. Neighbor brought package a few days later. TW sending me return label. Very happy with how I was treated.
