FLAWLESS CUSTOMER SERVICE I had NEVER, in my 45 years of life, had a relationship with a company that takes such pride in how their customers are treated until I was introduced to TOTALLY WICKED! Great customer service! Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. Neighbor brought package a few days later. TW sending me return label. Very happy with how I was treated.
