USI ordered the red label liquid,american… I ordered the red label liquid,american red tobacco flavor. There should be a warning with dark liquid products. They burn up your atomizers within a day or 2. I bought 5 bottles....wasted money.

USDid have a tiny problem with a shipment… Did have a tiny problem with a shipment but the service and speed of fix was awesome. Have used th company for a while and never before had any problem. Sure they are super busy with liquidation so very forgiving. Customer service always A One. Will miss them

USIt’s all in the details ;) Always a great experience with these guys.. which is why I still prefer them and seek them out online from here in Michigan. They have excellent qualities in customer service (something that’s faded from most places) and the products never disappoint.

USHands down, THE BEST experience! Often times, it's not the product, but the people providing that product who earn our business. One person did that for me. My mod came defective. The fire button was "off". It looked like the manufacturers quality control department totally missed it. I called TWEL and (I think her name was) Tiffany, had me send some pictures to show what the issue was. She reviewed them and had another one sent out right away at no charge to me. Her pleasant tone and overall attitude toward the situation made me a full blown advocate for their business.

USBeen a customer since 2013 Been a customer since 2013. December 26, 2013 to be exact. Who doesn’t remember the day they quit smoking?!? Always great customer service and fast shipping. Love the rewards program, too. I’ve never even looked for another company.
