Been a customer since 2013 Been a customer since 2013. December 26, 2013 to be exact. Who doesn’t remember the day they quit smoking?!? Always great customer service and fast shipping. Love the rewards program, too. I’ve never even looked for another company.

Great customer service! Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. Neighbor brought package a few days later. TW sending me return label. Very happy with how I was treated.

I ordered the red label liquid,american… I ordered the red label liquid,american red tobacco flavor. There should be a warning with dark liquid products. They burn up your atomizers within a day or 2. I bought 5 bottles....wasted money.

Miss you much Five stars?? it’s not enough for these people. I know they have closed their doors but I still wanted to comment. Outstanding high-grade quality products and unmatched customer service. On average, I placed an order here every 2 to 3 weeks for five years. Not once was there a problem with my order. Never a mistake with the wrong items sent and on the rare chance that I received a defective item, a new one was sent immediately...with an apology. No questions asked, no hassle – nothing (Element Vape...are you listening??). If you ever attempt another business venture I would be happy to support you. I miss your company very much. Thank you for all of the years of delivering quality products and dedicated service.
