service is slipping 🤷‍♂️ I have been a customer with totally wicked for over 8 years and I used to be able to count on second to none customer service I no longer feel that is true I called last week and told the woman that I really needed my order ASAP she promised me she would walk it out to the warehouse to be mailed today (this kind of request is what used to set them apart) Not only did my item not ship usps priority so I got it within 2 or 3 days They sent it fed ex ground and did not even print a label until the following day and fed ex takes is the slowest shipping they use Now today the tracking does not even have a delivery estimation and it’s the 5 th day already I used to order 100% of my vape gear from them now not so much

Hands down, THE BEST experience! Often times, it's not the product, but the people providing that product who earn our business. One person did that for me. My mod came defective. The fire button was "off". It looked like the manufacturers quality control department totally missed it. I called TWEL and (I think her name was) Tiffany, had me send some pictures to show what the issue was. She reviewed them and had another one sent out right away at no charge to me. Her pleasant tone and overall attitude toward the situation made me a full blown advocate for their business.

Great customer service! Great customer service. FedEx left package on front door. Got home but package missing. Call Totally Wicked & they sent a replacement order while they investigated. FedEx delivered to wrong address. Neighbor brought package a few days later. TW sending me return label. Very happy with how I was treated.

They stand behind their products and are eager to answer all of your questions. Delivery i's always handled in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this company.

Did have a tiny problem with a shipment… Did have a tiny problem with a shipment but the service and speed of fix was awesome. Have used th company for a while and never before had any problem. Sure they are super busy with liquidation so very forgiving. Customer service always A One. Will miss them
