Awesome Customer Service After having my Geek Vape Aegis Boost Pro for several years it was time to upgrade. I found one on Vapor Authority’s (VA) website that was reasonably priced and so I ordered it. After receiving my Aegis Boost Pro I found that it must have slipped through QC because it just wasn’t working well at all. So I reached out to VA and started chatting with Adam and in two days time we figured out that I did receive a malfunctioning unit and Adam helped to get me a new one ordered and the malfunctioning one returned. Adam resolved this quickly and professionally! Great experience! They’ve earned them a loyal customer due to Adam…kudos Adam!

These guys rock! These guys rock! I had my order delivered with no issues. However, while placing the order, I had some issues because I was using my foreigner credit card and system blocked me. But that was not an issue, they helped me immediately and gifted me some liquid for this headache that was not their mistake. From now on, Vapor Authority is my only place for my vaping thing!
