My new vape store! I don't write reviews ofter but when a company comes through you gotta give them credit. They actually reached out to me to let me know about some big problems with Fedex. Im pretty busy so I didn't even notice but my package was about a week late. I just thought it was super professional that they contacted me and so now since my order arrived and everything is perfect I'm happy. Great prices too!

These guys rock! These guys rock! I had my order delivered with no issues. However, while placing the order, I had some issues because I was using my foreigner credit card and system blocked me. But that was not an issue, they helped me immediately and gifted me some liquid for this headache that was not their mistake. From now on, Vapor Authority is my only place for my vaping thing!

#1 Vape Store on the Web If you're like me, you shop online and sadly what we order is not what shows up on our doorstep ... 3 weeks later! Furthermore, I'm uncomfortable with transactions other than PayPal. Vapor Authority far exceeded my expectations. My order arrived within 4 days; it was well-packaged and contained exactly what I had ordered. I am so happy to have found this company!!

I truly love going through this store… I truly love going through this store and getting my vape supplies from here. When I order they always come early then with the delivery days supposed to also if you ever need help they're always there for you email them or go on their chat they always answer you back and help you work through your problems that you're either having with ordering shipping or item you bought that has the warranty on it. Vapor Authority I have been using Vapor Authority for a while now and never had a problem with my orders. But my last purchase had a different flavour to what i usually receive. So i decided to email Vapor Authority as to find out if there was an explanation. I very quickly received a reply from Adam from customer relations. 2 very quick emails later the issue i had was resolved. What can i say? Excellent customer service from a top company. I will not go anywhere else for all my vaping needs. 5 stars thank you guys.
