Best Customer Service I've Had in a Long Time I ordered four 18650 batteries for my vape. Unfortunately, one of them arrived with slight damage, so I wrote an e-mail to them at around 4:00 PM EST and included pictures of the damaged battery. I expected to hear back within a day or two. Surprisingly, customer service got back to me in *under five minutes* (!) with a pre-paid label to return the battery. As soon as I confirmed its return, a new battery was sent out to me and in my hands a couple of days later. Cameron's customer service was fast, responsive, and highly professional. I'll definitely continue to shop at Vapor Authority for my vaping needs.

The best vape shop I been buying from Vapor Authority for over 2 years now. These guys know the meaning of customer service. I could easily buy from local vape shops near me but when it comes to price and selection they are hands down the best. Customer service is awesome if you call or email them their response is quick. There are other online vape companies but if you run into any problems good luck getting it resolved or reaching anyone. Quick response, great price, fast shipping, and excellent customer service what more can you ask for.

Vapor Authority I have been using Vapor Authority for a while now and never had a problem with my orders. But my last purchase had a different flavour to what i usually receive. So i decided to email Vapor Authority as to find out if there was an explanation. I very quickly received a reply from Adam from customer relations. 2 very quick emails later the issue i had was resolved. What can i say? Excellent customer service from a top company. I will not go anywhere else for all my vaping needs. 5 stars thank you guys.

5 Stars isn't enough! I've purchased all sorts of vaping products from many different locations. When I say I was blown away by these folks at Vapor Authority, I absolutely mean it. I asked them a question early this morning, not only did they reply to my email in less than 3 hours, but they actually answered my questions! They have a huge selection of good quality products, no marked up cheap knockoffs, no questionable liquid, and every coil or pod you could ever need.
