Awesome Customer Service After having my Geek Vape Aegis Boost Pro for several years it was time to upgrade. I found one on Vapor Authority’s (VA) website that was reasonably priced and so I ordered it. After receiving my Aegis Boost Pro I found that it must have slipped through QC because it just wasn’t working well at all. So I reached out to VA and started chatting with Adam and in two days time we figured out that I did receive a malfunctioning unit and Adam helped to get me a new one ordered and the malfunctioning one returned. Adam resolved this quickly and professionally! Great experience! They’ve earned them a loyal customer due to Adam…kudos Adam!

Their website is easy to use and I was able to order online easily with all charges and fees explained, no surprises! Even customer service replied to my email within minutes!
