Miranda was GREAT Miranda was GREAT! Super helpful and was able to get me warranty coverage a few weeks after the 1-year had expired. I had intermittent issues with the device and was in contact with the customer service teams a few times. Each time everyone was helpful and responsive. Great experience with the Puffco Great experience with the Puffco costumer service. My battery got damaged and I sent it back to Puffco, after a week, Puffco costumer service sent me a new base. Puffco is a great product and their customer service works great! I highly recommend this product!
