GBI was having issues with my Puffco… I was having issues with my Puffco after an interruption during the updating process. Ron sent a troubleshooting guide, and my dear Tocahontas is back up and running with the colors of the dabs!

GBExcellent customer support We purchased our Peak 2 months ago, and 100% due to user error we broke the atomizer. Puffco support was super fast and helpful, and were able to assist me in ordering a new part in a very speedy manor. Extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend their products to anyone!
