USSydnee was very helpful in assisting… Sydnee was very helpful in assisting with trouble shooting what was wrong with my peak, once discovered it was defective, they were able to get a replacement sent my way! Sydnee was also helpful in letting me know steps to take for the issue not to happen again!

USPuffco is amazing and Cass was great support! Cass was great support! I have been putting off dealing with my hot knife warranty claim and she made the process so smooth and easy! Quick with answers and a solution. I’ve only had to utilize the warranties 2 times in probably 7 years so I’m already a huge fan, but their customer service is always exceptional.

USMiranda was GREAT Miranda was GREAT! Super helpful and was able to get me warranty coverage a few weeks after the 1-year had expired. I had intermittent issues with the device and was in contact with the customer service teams a few times. Each time everyone was helpful and responsive. I ended up getting the entire base replaced at no cost and thus far, it works like a charm. Thanks again, Miranda.

USExcellent customer support We purchased our Peak 2 months ago, and 100% due to user error we broke the atomizer. Puffco support was super fast and helpful, and were able to assist me in ordering a new part in a very speedy manor. Extremely friendly and helpful, would recommend their products to anyone!
