They corrected problem same day. Ordered friday, got order tuesday. Very fast shipping for sure. Definately would and do recommend Vape Royal to any and all. GB4/5 Not a bad option For Online Vapes Let’s start by saying Vape Royalty knows what they’re doing. At least in the customer service part of the company. My order was damaged but the moment I told Customer Service they sent me a new order free of charge. Unfortunately the next order one of my devices was damaged again but they refunded it without any hassle. Long story short Customer Service is great, but if they packaged their products better maybe they wouldn’t break during shipping.

GBordered 6 tyson units ordered 6 tyson units. Never came . Contact support and they said to contact USPS , They charge you insurance for these issues and still they ask you to figure it out and keep your money. I wouldn't shop with this vendor as there are better ones out there that actually stand behind their service.

GBHad a new Smok pod arrive DOA, requested replacement Had a new Smok Novo 4 pod arrive DOA. Sent a email to VR's customer svc. I was rather surprised to be asked to provide a quick video proving it would not charge or power on but OK, sure, for their vendor warranty I can agree. Took a few checkup emails over the next couple of weeks (hence 4*) but VR eventually did ship me a new unit so overall happy with the experience. Any prior purchases have been great from the excellent website search ability to timely shipment (and certainly competitive prices)!

GBGreat company I’ve have been ordering for several months for this company and always good products and fast shipping. I had a vape that quit working right after I got it and figured nothing could be done about it. I emailed them and they had me send a short video of what it was doing and then they shipped me a replacement! I was shocked because it was just a defective disposable. Great company in my opinion.
