Contact support and they said to contact USPS , They charge you insurance for these issues and still they ask you to figure it out and keep your money. I wouldn't shop with this vendor as there are better ones out there that actually stand behind their service.

Amazing support The support I received from this company was phenomenal. I had bought a tank, and some replacement coils for a friend's Christmas present. There was an issue with shipping, and the original package was lost. They responded quickly to the inquiry, and talked me through the process of filing a claim through usps, and resent the order. I appreciate them greatly, and I'll be going through them for my friends gifts from now on.
