I didn’t realize that I forgot to click free shipping on a large order I was hesitant at first to say something thought to myself maybe not to worry about bugging them over something little but I decided to ask if I had done something wrong to receive free shipping then Christine replied promptly informed me of what I had done but comped for my shipping cost WOW! Disappointing Experience with Questionable Product Authenticity I have been a customer of this vape company for a while, but my recent experiences have left me disappointed and concerned. Over my last few orders, I received products that appeared to be counterfeit, particularly from the well-known SMOK brand. I contacted customer support, and they did send a replacement; however, it turned out to be a counterfeit as well. I question their commitment to providing genuine products and standing behind their merchandise. I hesitate to recommend this company due to their questionable practices and lack of transparency.
