worst customer service experience worst customer service experience. pretty sure this website is a scam. i found others having the same issues as me in a reddit thread. they attempted to double charge my credit card. somehow usps attempted to deliver once and said my address didn't exist. 🙄 vaperoyalty won't even e-mail me back so i've had to dispute it with the credit card company. no number to call. honestly, go to mipod. i should've just stuck with them.

Bad customer service /shipping Ordered Vapes. 18 days later still nothing in the mail. Vape Royalty "customer service" keeps blaming the USPS. They even told me to contact them for reimbursement, knowing I can't get that. They say once they ship it, it's out of their hands. The SELLER has the responsibility to deliver a paid order. NOT the buyer. Do NOT trust this company!

Exceeds expectations I’ve ordered from Vape Royalty several times now and will continue to do so. The one time there was ever an issue, I reached out to customer support. They were quick, informative, and very helpful with their response. Within less than 24hrs the problem was resolved. Fast shipping, reliable customer service, amazing flavors. Overall I’m very happy with my whole experience with this company. I will continue to buy all my vaping needs here.

Amazing support The support I received from this company was phenomenal. I had bought a tank, and some replacement coils for a friend's Christmas present. There was an issue with shipping, and the original package was lost. They responded quickly to the inquiry, and talked me through the process of filing a claim through usps, and resent the order. I appreciate them greatly, and I'll be going through them for my friends gifts from now on.
