I didn’t realize that I forgot to click free shipping on a large order I was hesitant at first to say something thought to myself maybe not to worry about bugging them over something little but I decided to ask if I had done something wrong to receive free shipping then Christine replied promptly informed me of what I had done but comped for my shipping cost WOW! I’ve rarely encountered a company like this that care for you as like you are family wow! worst customer service experience worst customer service experience. pretty sure this website is a scam. i found others having the same issues as me in a reddit thread. they attempted to double charge my credit card. somehow usps attempted to deliver once and said my address didn't exist. 🙄 vaperoyalty won't even e-mail me back so i've had to dispute it with the credit card company. no number to call. honestly, go to mipod. i should've just stuck with them.
