Bad customer service /shipping Ordered Vapes. 18 days later still nothing in the mail. Vape Royalty "customer service" keeps blaming the USPS. They even told me to contact them for reimbursement, knowing I can't get that. They say once they ship it, it's out of their hands. The SELLER has the responsibility to deliver a paid order. NOT the buyer. Do NOT trust this company!

I didn’t realize that I forgot to click free shipping on a large order I was hesitant at first to say something thought to myself maybe not to worry about bugging them over something little but I decided to ask if I had done something wrong to receive free shipping then Christine replied promptly informed me of what I had done but comped for my shipping cost WOW! I’ve rarely encountered a company like this that care for you as like you are family wow! ordered 6 tyson units ordered 6 tyson units. Never came . Contact support and they said to contact USPS , They charge you insurance for these issues and still they ask you to figure it out and keep your money. I wouldn't shop with this vendor as there are better ones out there that actually stand behind their service.
