GBHad a new Smok pod arrive DOA, requested replacement Had a new Smok Novo 4 pod arrive DOA. Sent a email to VR's customer svc. I was rather surprised to be asked to provide a quick video proving it would not charge or power on but OK, sure, for their vendor warranty I can agree. Took a few checkup emails over the next couple of weeks (hence 4*) but VR eventually did ship me a new unit so overall happy with the experience. Any prior purchases have been great from the excellent website search ability to timely shipment (and certainly competitive prices)!

GBThe best of the best Have been regularly ordering from VapeRoyalty since moving out of the "big city" where vaping products were more available to me. Every time an order of 20+ disposable vapes, and every time every single vape is accounted for. Not only that, but I recently had some issues with some of the products that I threw out, and even though I didn't have the products anymore and it was way out of my warranty window, their team has gone way above and beyond my expectation and their policies to make sure I'm a happy and repeat customer. Would definitely recommend VapeRoyalty to anyone.

GBworst customer service experience worst customer service experience. pretty sure this website is a scam. i found others having the same issues as me in a reddit thread. they attempted to double charge my credit card. somehow usps attempted to deliver once and said my address didn't exist. 🙄 vaperoyalty won't even e-mail me back so i've had to dispute it with the credit card company. no number to call. honestly, go to mipod. i should've just stuck with them.

GBI've been buying from Vape Royalty for… I've been buying from Vape Royalty for a while now. Everything is shipped quickly and packed well. I enjoy the products and selection.
