I cant review a product i did not… I cant review a product i did not receive, as after i initially ordered the Magnum 3 But it was Back-Ordered and i did not want to wait so i ended up contacting them back thru email and i was able to change my order, so i ordered 2 GIG Pro Pens, One for myself and One for someone else, and we both really like the GIG Pro, Its quality built, made to last, and the fact that its heating element are not metal coils as it is coil-less, and instead has a ceramic lined bowl, and will not have to be replaced as often as the coiled burners and also tht you arent inhaling any metal from the coils.

I also got the charger and an x-tra battery. I was having some trouble figuring a few things out so I emailed your help department and they responded right away. Repeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!
