And when you call them - they are even rude! Surprising !!!! Quality has been compromised too…. Much better options available with better food options!!!! No more PURI ☹️😖😖😖

GBTitanic3 👍I definitely like this dry herb… I definitely like this dry herb vaporizer. The features I like and appreciate are: the small size, it’s easy to clean, the glass mouth piece is nice, rechargeable, it has adjustable temperature range and timer. Replacement parts are also individually available. Most importantly it hits. Check out YouTube reviews and tutorials. They were helpful.

GBReview of the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer. Everything I’ve ordered from the Puri5 has come on time, and in a timely manner as well. I am VERY much enjoying the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer and have bought 3 new water filtering bong attachments for it due to having my dog run against the table the pen was sitting on and it fell and shattered the bong piece. If there was something I HAD to find to dislike about the Magnum 3 it would be that: It is very top heavy when you’re using the bong attachment. Make a stand so that it has less of a chance at breaking, is what I would do. Might bump up the price by just a little bit, but in my personal opinion it would be much worth it.

GBWas OK until it Broke I liked the Magnum 2 until it stopped working roughly 2 years after I purchased it. I took EXCELLENT care of the pen, and used it once a day (with a break of 10 months where it wasn't used at all). The battery/charge was always tempermental, but as long as I remembered to bring a charging cable everywhere, this was fine. NOW, the pen won't charge at all, and thus is useless. Since lithium-ion batteries degrade over time, I purchased a new one in case this was the issue; it wasn't. (I also purchased a new charging cable and tried different outlets). After about a year of use, it's a dud.

CAPretty much prefect. For me, it was a good experience. Shopping was easy, delivery was fast (about 3 days) even tho I choosed the regular option to save on the final cost. The product and the box were in good conditions and works like I expected. So overall, I have been a happy client for years for the good services and the good products. I never had any issue with PURI5 so that's why I am not giving a 5 stars review since I don't know about after sale services and how it handle situations.
