GBWas OK until it Broke I liked the Magnum 2 until it stopped working roughly 2 years after I purchased it. I took EXCELLENT care of the pen, and used it once a day (with a break of 10 months where it wasn't used at all). The battery/charge was always tempermental, but as long as I remembered to bring a charging cable everywhere, this was fine. NOW, the pen won't charge at all, and thus is useless. Since lithium-ion batteries degrade over time, I purchased a new one in case this was the issue; it wasn't. (I also purchased a new charging cable and tried different outlets). After about a year of use, it's a dud.

GBScott was a savior Scott was a savior, out in NY office's... He gave us the true customer service experience that we've come to miss in this country. Not to mention how above and beyond your Puri5 wickless ceramic cartridges are. You can skip an e-rig with this, just load up your Puri5 and say goodbye to mystery gotten wicks and strange metals heating up with your oil, that just doesn't exist here. This is a ceramic bucket, no coils are present that touch the oil. I can finally huff my concentrate with ease knowing it's only product I'm inhaling instead of toxic impurity. Thanks Puri5!

I really like the results I get with setting different temps and using different grinds, packs, air flow, etc Only reason I don't give 5 stars is some of the instructions are not clear and I can't find reference with what to do with the oven screen, what is the deal with the half-moon shape and how should it be positioned in the chamber?

GBThis product is the most defective… This product is the most defective piece of sh-it I've ever encountered. Mine wouldn't even charge I never got to use it at all. There customer service is even worse than there product they never replied or responded to my inquiry. So I'm disputing the charge with my bank.. fuc em. They are not gonna rip me off and get away with it. One of the buttons is even broken

CAPretty much prefect. For me, it was a good experience. Shopping was easy, delivery was fast (about 3 days) even tho I choosed the regular option to save on the final cost. The product and the box were in good conditions and works like I expected. So overall, I have been a happy client for years for the good services and the good products. I never had any issue with PURI5 so that's why I am not giving a 5 stars review since I don't know about after sale services and how it handle situations.
