Pretty much prefect. For me, it was a good experience. Shopping was easy, delivery was fast (about 3 days) even tho I choosed the regular option to save on the final cost. The product and the box were in good conditions and works like I expected. So overall, I have been a happy client for years for the good services and the good products. I never had any issue with PURI5 so that's why I am not giving a 5 stars review since I don't know about after sale services and how it handle situations.

I cant review a product i did not… I cant review a product i did not receive, as after i initially ordered the Magnum 3 But it was Back-Ordered and i did not want to wait so i ended up contacting them back thru email and i was able to change my order, so i ordered 2 GIG Pro Pens, One for myself and One for someone else, and we both really like the GIG Pro, Its quality built, made to last, and the fact that its heating element are not metal coils as it is coil-less, and instead has a ceramic lined bowl, and will not have to be replaced as often as the coiled burners and also tht you arent inhaling any metal from the coils.

You can skip an e-rig with this, just load up your Puri5 and say goodbye to mystery gotten wicks and strange metals heating up with your oil, that just doesn't exist here. This is a ceramic bucket, no coils are present that touch the oil. I can finally huff my concentrate with ease knowing it's only product I'm inhaling instead of toxic impurity. Thanks Puri5!

Really great vape Really great vape. The mouthpiece gets a bit warm after three consecutive sessions. Only comes with one mouthpiece which kinda sucks but maybe I'm just being greedy lol. You will not be disappointed.
