GBThis is my first vape pen after smoking… This is my first vape pen after smoking for years. I really like the results I get with setting different temps and using different grinds, packs, air flow, etc Only reason I don't give 5 stars is some of the instructions are not clear and I can't find reference with what to do with the oven screen, what is the deal with the half-moon shape and how should it be positioned in the chamber?

GBI cant review a product i did not… I cant review a product i did not receive, as after i initially ordered the Magnum 3 But it was Back-Ordered and i did not want to wait so i ended up contacting them back thru email and i was able to change my order, so i ordered 2 GIG Pro Pens, One for myself and One for someone else, and we both really like the GIG Pro, Its quality built, made to last, and the fact that its heating element are not metal coils as it is coil-less, and instead has a ceramic lined bowl, and will not have to be replaced as often as the coiled burners and also tht you arent inhaling any metal from the coils.

GBRepeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

GBI've only had my Magnum3 for a week and… I've only had my Magnum3 for a week and I really enjoy using it. I ordered the bubbler accessory but when I got it there was a small leak. I contacted customer service and they are sending a replacement. The product works well, the customer service is fantastic.
