Repeated customer Repeated customer - I love the products, works really well but lost the chamber filter to my titanic 3. When trying to buy another part I was shocked to see the shipping costs of $50 for a $15 part. I Spoke to the team and was informed that nothing can be done to lower the price of postage and the method of posting could not be changed. I now have a £140 vape which cannot be used as I am not willing to pay $50 for a part which is near enough half the price for another vape. Think carefully before purchasing the product!

Although I’ve only owned one vape… Although I’ve only owned one vape before purchasing this PURI5 vape, it is by far the best vape at this price point. I love how easy it is to clean. When trying to find the right vape it was hard to find a good quality vape with the right features. Some didn’t include a display unless you spend much more or if they did it would be simplistic without temperature control. The device itself feels well made. None of the pieces feel flimsy or cheap. A nice touch to also include the two bristles to clean the vape. I use it mostly at home so power consumption is not an issue. It charges quickly but that also depends on the power output of your USB adapter. A great alternative to the more expensive brands without sacrificing important features and built quality. Would highly recommend if you’re looking for something under $200.

This product is the most defective… This product is the most defective piece of sh-it I've ever encountered. Mine wouldn't even charge I never got to use it at all. There customer service is even worse than there product they never replied or responded to my inquiry. So I'm disputing the charge with my bank.. fuc em. They are not gonna rip me off and get away with it. One of the buttons is even broken

Review of the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer. Everything I’ve ordered from the Puri5 has come on time, and in a timely manner as well. I am VERY much enjoying the Magnum 3 dry herb vaporizer and have bought 3 new water filtering bong attachments for it due to having my dog run against the table the pen was sitting on and it fell and shattered the bong piece. If there was something I HAD to find to dislike about the Magnum 3 it would be that: It is very top heavy when you’re using the bong attachment. Make a stand so that it has less of a chance at breaking, is what I would do. Might bump up the price by just a little bit, but in my personal opinion it would be much worth it.

Incredibly rude customer service Incredibly rude staff. I have no issue with the return policy, BUT, trying to get a straight non-snarky answer out of them is just not possible. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY AT ALL
