I never got an email confirmation so a week later I called the company because my credit card had been charged. They told me the product was in back order and they should receive it soon. I had them issue a refund. Disappointed because I was really wanting to try this product

Pretty upset when I opened the packages… Pretty upset when I opened the packages and there was juice everywhere all over the disposable e cigs, to the point where I had to just throw the whole thing away. Had multiple occasions with this thinking things would be fixed.
