They fixed the one issue I had Good product but 3 out of the 9 individual vapo leaked out in the package and if makes contact with skin/mouth it leaves a burning feeling. Update: I emailed them informing what happened and they sent out replacements a long with an additional package. Thank you!

I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango… I purchased 2 boxes of the Vapor Mango (vaportech) and none of them in each box worked. Mind you I purchase these all the time from Quicktrip never had problem. Quick trip said I had to contact the vendor to get replacement. I call them and they said they won't replace them because I did not have the receipt which is crazy about who gets receipts nowadays. Furthermore, they took my ID and scanned it so they know I buy them there all the time since they like to track that stuff. MAKES me so mad. Bad business practices and furthermore the lady on the phone was rude. NEVER will I purchase from this company again they lost my business.

I’ve had multiple issues with leaking vapes, burnt tasting vapes, one vape I opened was actually melted from the inside out. I emailed pictures of it and one of the vapes that I opened that was covered in vape juice. I have received replacements for some of them after multiple emails to you folks. Your shipping procedures are awful, the vapes never get delivered by the dates that are said and there are no shipping options. The website is so unfriendly to users. The vapes are good when you actually get one that works right.

I never got an email confirmation so a week later I called the company because my credit card had been charged. They told me the product was in back order and they should receive it soon.
