GBHive 2.0 catridges don't fit or acknowledge they are in there JUNK!!!!! purchased the hive 2.0 and the pre loaded cartridges I have do not even fit in and the ones that came with do not register that they are in there so it does not work waist of money would not recommend

GBPurchased item #VB-VB-E-DBR-KIT-BK… Purchased item #VB-VB-E-DBR-KIT-BK order ID is #8084154. ALL ITEMS security seals were tampered with and the heated knife came without the protective cap! Online advertising clearly shows that this item is to be new/sealed with the protective cap. Customer service replied with an unsatisfactory response but they may be use to this! All items are operational, isn’t worth anymore time and money so, I have decided to keep it. FYI…sorry to hear that your supplier doesn’t provide you with the protective cap, per customer service!?!

GBFraud Ordered Dec. 29, “awaiting fulfillment” Dec 30. Contacted on Wednesday Jan 4 and was told item was fulfilled and waiting to ship as of Tuesday Jan 3. Said I would check back in couple days. Friday checked, no response. Mon Jan 9 requested a cancel/refund. Response claims items are not in stock until Wednesday. Asked for cancel/refund due to lies and no effort to actually fulfill order. Horrible.

GBExcellent customer service I ordered the KISS vape and a cartridge from VapeBrat and the shipment came in very quickly - I even got a free leash! I received the incorrect color vape so I notified VapeBrat and didn’t hear back but was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement free of charge in just a few days!! The only negative thing to say is that they don’t accept online payment but customer service and quality of product makes up for this.
