GBI ordered from their sister Company… I ordered from their sister Company (E-nail.com) and I am very unimpressed so far. The product I received was deflective and inoperable. I contacted their customer service by phone and was told to send pictures via email, which I did promptly. 5 days later I called back and was hung up on somehow, after waiting 15 mins on hold already! I can confirm I didn't hang up because my phone was lying on my desk untouched on speakerphone when the call ended. I eventually got a hold of someone who called their superior while I was on the phone and they decided right there to send me a replacement battery. Why did it take 5 days and me calling back to get this accomplished? I'm trying give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they're just super busy. But, I'm starting to wonder about the overall quality of this entire company. I'll return to update once I receive the replacement part.

GBUsed a groupon Added expedited shipping to my groupon and expedited shipping isn't any faster than normal, so it was a waste of $7.95. The product arrived and is working just fine.

GBI bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers… I bought 2 packs of Breeze atomizers with 5 in a pack. 1 pack had only 3 in it. It was obvious that the pack had been opened. How did they not see that? You need better quality control.
