Fantastic service Fantastic service! One of my items wasn't in stock so I received a phone call and was asked if Hookahtown could substitute said item. I said of course, the reaction was amazing! Very personable and just an all around great experience!

Excellent customer service I ordered the KISS vape and a cartridge from VapeBrat and the shipment came in very quickly - I even got a free leash! I received the incorrect color vape so I notified VapeBrat and didn’t hear back but was pleasantly surprised to receive a replacement free of charge in just a few days!! The only negative thing to say is that they don’t accept online payment but customer service and quality of product makes up for this.

I purchased two items via Groupon and… I purchased two items via Groupon and agreed to pay extra for quicker shipping. I received an email from Hookahtown stating I owe $4.95 but there is no way to pay it. I've attempted to contact support for 2 days straight now. Their recording states they are open for call between 10 AM - 5 PM but no one ever answers. I've also initiated a chat off hookahtown.com 2 days in a row and no one ever responds. At this point I feel I have been scammed and am trying to get my money back.

Wonderful company Great company to do business with. The staff is very helpful to find certain products you are looking for. The turnaround time from payment to delivery is exceptional!
