Used a groupon Added expedited shipping to my groupon and expedited shipping isn't any faster than normal, so it was a waste of $7.95. The product arrived and is working just fine.

Fraud Ordered Dec. 29, “awaiting fulfillment” Dec 30. Contacted on Wednesday Jan 4 and was told item was fulfilled and waiting to ship as of Tuesday Jan 3. Said I would check back in couple days. Friday checked, no response. Mon Jan 9 requested a cancel/refund. Response claims items are not in stock until Wednesday. Asked for cancel/refund due to lies and no effort to actually fulfill order. Horrible.

VERY difficult to pay VERY difficult to pay. Had to contact customer service 3 times before someone actually responded. Order weeks ago and still haven't received my order VERY disappointing.
