Every time I send for some thing it’s… Every time I send for some thing it’s never right it doesn’t work for the flavor is not correct and they never correct the problem for me

I ordered from their sister Company… I ordered from their sister Company (E-nail.com) and I am very unimpressed so far. The product I received was deflective and inoperable. I contacted their customer service by phone and was told to send pictures via email, which I did promptly. 5 days later I called back and was hung up on somehow, after waiting 15 mins on hold already! I can confirm I didn't hang up because my phone was lying on my desk untouched on speakerphone when the call ended. I eventually got a hold of someone who called their superior while I was on the phone and they decided right there to send me a replacement battery. Why did it take 5 days and me calling back to get this accomplished? I'm trying give them the benefit of the doubt thinking they're just super busy. But, I'm starting to wonder about the overall quality of this entire company. I'll return to update once I receive the replacement part.

Used a groupon Added expedited shipping to my groupon and expedited shipping isn't any faster than normal, so it was a waste of $7.95. The product arrived and is working just fine.

Extremely MISLEADING product description I ordered what I believed to be, two 5 packs of Vape Brat Diesel tank coils that were to come in a variety of coil types, listed at nearly 8$ per pack, I ordered a few days before New years, and 10 days later I received my order, but when I opened it, there were only 2 individual coils not the 10 coils I was expecting. After calling Customer service to see what the issue was, I was told that I was wrong, and that I had mis read what the websites description was the diesel coils, but in reality the site never indicated that you would receive 1 coil for $7.95, it said you would get an assortment of coils totaling 5. I do love the product I received, however I feel ripped off by the wording, and think it's unfair to leave the wording the same, others I'm sure have thought they were getting a great deal only to find out they only got a single replacement coil instead of a full 5 pack.
