I can not recommend discount Vape pen I can not recommend discount Vape pen. They made a mistake with my order and 15 emails later, I do not have the product I paid for. They sent me a cheaper, duplicate item than what I ordered. And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item. They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake! They sure made it easy to buy from them, but impossible for them to fix a problem they created! What I did receive seemed to work. But I'll never know about the Evolve D PLUS. It was the most expensive thing I bought, and it was never sent to me! And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a $25 item that I paid for, and they didn't send me! You think it's a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right. I didn't do anything wrong, other than try to do business with discount vape pen. I'm still sitting here without the product I paid for. After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label. I'll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn't want or order... that you sent me, and I'll write a Google review. I've heard nothing back since then, and don't expect to. I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen. I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online. Shame on you discount vape pen. You created this problem... you should have fixed it!

They want to tell you to join their… They want to tell you to join their email list to get coupons then want to send the same exact coupon every time so you can't use it. I've wasted so much time with them and wouldn't waste another min. Their customer service isn't worth anything bc they don't help don't want to listen to what your saying to them and essentially waste more of your time. I've bought quite a bit from them but won't buy anything else. I had one item that didn't work out of the box and bc I waited to open it they couldn't do anything about it. Waste of money and time.

Reliable I have never had issues not getting an order and I order monthly now for the last 6 months. It only takes 4-6 days to get to Colorado. The menthol Vuse seems to be out of stock and now I'm trying to find where to buy them. Did they get discontinued? Discount Vape Pen has been very reliable for us. I hope to do business again soon.

Customer Service and Receipts Their customer service and order confirmation is a little sketchy. I didn't receive a response or receipt for a while, but after 9 days I actually received my order. If you order something and don't hear back, don't worry. I was skeptical after my purchase but because I received it, I am happy with them. If you believe you're going to have a bad experience and receive bad products, you will. If you believe you will have a good experience and receive quality products, you will.

I couldn't figure out why the pens would die so quick; hours to charge & dead in 1 use!!! The chargers are Junk so that made it more difficult to figure out what's going on! After a few weeks of fighting batteries trying to figure out what's going on... I finally figured out that they had Sold me Old Batteries that have been sitting for a long time, likely years. Most likely they weren't stored properly either! I use natural herbs for medicinal purposes only; which has btw literally saved my life! But not these! This has made it very difficult to get the relief I need & has caused me nothing but un needed stress; which only makes me sicker! When you spend allot of $ that you cant afford on a bunch of junk; it's maddening! These Sellers are Crooks! I hope Karma takes them out of business!!! I never ever use the word Hate, but I Hate this company! 😡
