GBThey want to tell you to join their… They want to tell you to join their email list to get coupons then want to send the same exact coupon every time so you can't use it. I've wasted so much time with them and wouldn't waste another min. Their customer service isn't worth anything bc they don't help don't want to listen to what your saying to them and essentially waste more of your time. I've bought quite a bit from them but won't buy anything else. I had one item that didn't work out of the box and bc I waited to open it they couldn't do anything about it. Waste of money and time.

GBIf I could give a zero review I would If I could give a zero review I would. We bought 50 FUME vape pens from discount vape pen online. Less than 20 of the pens actually worked they were each supposed to have 3,500 puffs I don't think that we got 3,500 Puffs out of any most were dead out of the box. In essence Discount Vape Pen is 5 times as expensive as other stores since their products are defective. No one responds from customer support.

GBI can not recommend discount Vape pen I can not recommend discount Vape pen. They made a mistake with my order and 15 emails later, I do not have the product I paid for. They sent me a cheaper, duplicate item than what I ordered. And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item. They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake! They sure made it easy to buy from them, but impossible for them to fix a problem they created! What I did receive seemed to work. But I'll never know about the Evolve D PLUS. It was the most expensive thing I bought, and it was never sent to me! And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a $25 item that I paid for, and they didn't send me! You think it's a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right. I didn't do anything wrong, other than try to do business with discount vape pen. I'm still sitting here without the product I paid for. After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label. I'll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn't want or order... that you sent me, and I'll write a Google review. I've heard nothing back since then, and don't expect to. I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen. I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online. Shame on you discount vape pen. You created this problem... you should have fixed it!

GBNo warranties I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen, June 20th. It isn't even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact. I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty, but they don't warranty their any of their products at all. It was 20 bucks, not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much.
