They sent me a cheaper, duplicate item than what I ordered. And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item. They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake! They sure made it easy to buy from them, but impossible for them to fix a problem they created! What I did receive seemed to work. But I'll never know about the Evolve D PLUS. It was the most expensive thing I bought, and it was never sent to me! And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a $25 item that I paid for, and they didn't send me! You think it's a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right. I didn't do anything wrong, other than try to do business with discount vape pen. I'm still sitting here without the product I paid for. After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label. I'll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn't want or order... that you sent me, and I'll write a Google review. I've heard nothing back since then, and don't expect to. I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen. I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online. Shame on you discount vape pen. You created this problem... you should have fixed it!

CHINESE KNOCKOFFS CHINESE KNOCKOFFS, BUYER BEAWARE Dismissive customer service response, Dont Buy from this company!!, recently bought a "tombstone" battery for vape cartridges, it arrived dead, I tried multiple USB c charging cords and outlets before deciding to reach out. just toget a response of, " did you try a cartridge?" umhm yes. it doesn't work because it doesn't even charge. unfortunately I don't have the time to keep shipping products back and forth and decided to eat the purchase and find a retail store local. I wouldn't support this company if you have a choice for ANY other vape supply I would without a doubt go to them over discountvape

The prices seemed too good to be true The prices seemed too good to be true; and there was only a 5 day return window. I still made a purchase. I bought 2 vape pen batteries, both the same variety/make. The first one was faulty out the box and stopped working within days entirely. The second worked great out of the box but also stopped working and wouldn't charge or operate within the first week and a half. So that 5 day policy and their cheap prices are because they're not worth it.

No warranties I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen, June 20th. It isn't even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact. I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty, but they don't warranty their any of their products at all. It was 20 bucks, not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much.
