PERFECT TRANSACTION ! I wish I could give 10 stars! Ordered 2 Yocan Vanes Saturday. DVP price is half of retail plus free shipping and 12% coupon? I thought no way will I get all that but I made the order anyway. You do have to give them your real birthday, their software knows it once you give them your credit card info. I tried a fake one and then it wanted me to upload my drivers license, went back and gave my real one and the order went through (they did charge $1.55 shipping insurance ).I got email confirmation a few minutes later, then a second one a couple hours later order complete.Which means USPS has it, they sent tracking Monday and they were in my mailbox Tuesday came in sealed boxes, opened one it was 3/4 charged so in my hand ready to go in three days for less than half of retail, The Vane works well too

Owners NOT TRUSTWORTHY Unbelievable, very unprofessional. I had a long history of ordering coils from this company, I have the unfortunate experience of ordering two boxes, and one of which don’t work correctly, the owner and I wrote back-and-forth trying to solve the issue, then he finally told me to just go ahead and sue him instead of doing the right thing and helping me solve this problem. I even was about to order more from this clown in addition to empty tanks for another vape device I had. You know what, I’m gonna cut and paste the conversation between us so that you can see what kind of person you’re going to do business with before hand….. you’ve been warned!!!! Seller says: “SUE ME” Wow, that’s your response! Holy 💩 buddy, I am I gonna have a blast with your reviews! In addition to the extra coils I wanted to order, I was also wondering if you had empty tanks for sale from SMOK for the G-Priv RMP 2? Sure you wanna go down this business route, I really like doing business with you, but I’m not gonna do business with anybody that treats me like garbage and tries to wiggle their way out of something because they want to try and save a buck. Meanwhile, you’re losing 100 from this customer, doesn’t make much sense to me buddy so I’ll give you another shot. Do you really want to do this cause I’d really like to continue doing business with you but again there’s plenty of other Distributors out there. I just like to continue having the relationship that I’ve established. I’m very disappointed in the response. I’m getting to a complaint that is not only accurate but completely acceptable…. No warranties I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen, June 20th. It isn't even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact. I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty, but they don't warranty their any of their products at all. It was 20 bucks, not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much.

CHINESE KNOCKOFFS CHINESE KNOCKOFFS, BUYER BEAWARE Dismissive customer service response, Dont Buy from this company!!, recently bought a "tombstone" battery for vape cartridges, it arrived dead, I tried multiple USB c charging cords and outlets before deciding to reach out. just toget a response of, " did you try a cartridge?" umhm yes. it doesn't work because it doesn't even charge. unfortunately I don't have the time to keep shipping products back and forth and decided to eat the purchase and find a retail store local. I wouldn't support this company if you have a choice for ANY other vape supply I would without a doubt go to them over discountvape

Superior customer service Purchased two Pulsar PHD pens, and ran into a challenge with one unit. Logging an incident report with DVP was simple, and initial response from the org timely and appropriate. As we worked thru the first concern, the second unit had a one-off issue. No worries ==> stellar customer service yielded quick resolutions to each issue. Kudos to Mark in Customer Service for diligence & patience.
