The prices seemed too good to be true The prices seemed too good to be true; and there was only a 5 day return window. I still made a purchase. I bought 2 vape pen batteries, both the same variety/make. The first one was faulty out the box and stopped working within days entirely. The second worked great out of the box but also stopped working and wouldn't charge or operate within the first week and a half. So that 5 day policy and their cheap prices are because they're not worth it.

Scam artists First the website let me order something that was out of stock and I had to change my order via email. Next I paid 12.95 extra for express 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days. The site also recommended I buy a power cord which ended up not being the right one. I asked for a refund on the shipping or a store credit and was told shipping time is an estimate.

sweet deal just got the new yocan uni pro plus.they had it out the door the same day.[for free] the price was 28 bucks so SWEET deal..the vape is made of the same stuff as the uni pro 1..but with a 900 battery so great hit and last for a week or more..thanks dvp

If I could give a zero review I would If I could give a zero review I would. We bought 50 FUME vape pens from discount vape pen online. Less than 20 of the pens actually worked they were each supposed to have 3,500 puffs I don't think that we got 3,500 Puffs out of any most were dead out of the box. In essence Discount Vape Pen is 5 times as expensive as other stores since their products are defective. No one responds from customer support.

Customer Service and Receipts Their customer service and order confirmation is a little sketchy. I didn't receive a response or receipt for a while, but after 9 days I actually received my order. If you order something and don't hear back, don't worry. I was skeptical after my purchase but because I received it, I am happy with them. If you believe you're going to have a bad experience and receive bad products, you will. If you believe you will have a good experience and receive quality products, you will.
