Scam artists First the website let me order something that was out of stock and I had to change my order via email. Next I paid 12.95 extra for express 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days. The site also recommended I buy a power cord which ended up not being the right one. I asked for a refund on the shipping or a store credit and was told shipping time is an estimate.

I can not recommend discount Vape pen I can not recommend discount Vape pen. They made a mistake with my order and 15 emails later, I do not have the product I paid for. They sent me a cheaper, duplicate item than what I ordered. And 15 emails to try to get them to send me the right item. They made me try to jump through so many Hoops to correct their mistake! They sure made it easy to buy from them, but impossible for them to fix a problem they created! What I did receive seemed to work. But I'll never know about the Evolve D PLUS. It was the most expensive thing I bought, and it was never sent to me! And Mark in customer service kept going back and forth with me literally 15 emails about a $25 item that I paid for, and they didn't send me! You think it's a business they would be doing everything they could to make the order right. I didn't do anything wrong, other than try to do business with discount vape pen. I'm still sitting here without the product I paid for. After the 15th email I got frustrated and said forget it you keep your label. I'll keep this duplicate cheaper product that I didn't want or order... that you sent me, and I'll write a Google review. I've heard nothing back since then, and don't expect to. I will not be purchasing anything else from Discount Vape Pen. I can not recommend discount vape pen for purchases online. Shame on you discount vape pen. You created this problem... you should have fixed it!

Owners NOT TRUSTWORTHY Unbelievable, very unprofessional. I had a long history of ordering coils from this company, I have the unfortunate experience of ordering two boxes, and one of which don’t work correctly, the owner and I wrote back-and-forth trying to solve the issue, then he finally told me to just go ahead and sue him instead of doing the right thing and helping me solve this problem. I even was about to order more from this clown in addition to empty tanks for another vape device I had. You know what, I’m gonna cut and paste the conversation between us so that you can see what kind of person you’re going to do business with before hand….. you’ve been warned!!!! Seller says: “SUE ME” Wow, that’s your response! Holy 💩 buddy, I am I gonna have a blast with your reviews! In addition to the extra coils I wanted to order, I was also wondering if you had empty tanks for sale from SMOK for the G-Priv RMP 2? Sure you wanna go down this business route, I really like doing business with you, but I’m not gonna do business with anybody that treats me like garbage and tries to wiggle their way out of something because they want to try and save a buck. Meanwhile, you’re losing 100 from this customer, doesn’t make much sense to me buddy so I’ll give you another shot. Do you really want to do this cause I’d really like to continue doing business with you but again there’s plenty of other Distributors out there. I just like to continue having the relationship that I’ve established. I’m very disappointed in the response. I’m getting to a complaint that is not only accurate but completely acceptable…. 🤬🤬🤬HORRIBLE CROOKS THAT SELL JUNK!!!🤬🤬🤬 🤬🤬🤬HORRIBLE! 🤬🤬🤬 THEY SOLD ME OLD BATTERIES THAT HAVE BEEN SITTING FOR YEARS!!!! I Purchased 5 Chargers & 12 Batteries thinking i was getting good deal. I couldn't figure out why the pens would die so quick; hours to charge & dead in 1 use!!! The chargers are Junk so that made it more difficult to figure out what's going on! After a few weeks of fighting batteries trying to figure out what's going on... I finally figured out that they had Sold me Old Batteries that have been sitting for a long time, likely years. Most likely they weren't stored properly either! I use natural herbs for medicinal purposes only; which has btw literally saved my life! But not these! This has made it very difficult to get the relief I need & has caused me nothing but un needed stress; which only makes me sicker! When you spend allot of $ that you cant afford on a bunch of junk; it's maddening! These Sellers are Crooks! I hope Karma takes them out of business!!! I never ever use the word Hate, but I Hate this company! 😡

If I could give a zero review I would If I could give a zero review I would. We bought 50 FUME vape pens from discount vape pen online. Less than 20 of the pens actually worked they were each supposed to have 3,500 puffs I don't think that we got 3,500 Puffs out of any most were dead out of the box. In essence Discount Vape Pen is 5 times as expensive as other stores since their products are defective. No one responds from customer support.
