GBScam artists First the website let me order something that was out of stock and I had to change my order via email. Next I paid 12.95 extra for express 1-3 day shipping and it took 5 days. The site also recommended I buy a power cord which ended up not being the right one. I asked for a refund on the shipping or a store credit and was told shipping time is an estimate.

GBCHINESE KNOCKOFFS CHINESE KNOCKOFFS, BUYER BEAWARE Dismissive customer service response, Dont Buy from this company!!, recently bought a "tombstone" battery for vape cartridges, it arrived dead, I tried multiple USB c charging cords and outlets before deciding to reach out. just toget a response of, " did you try a cartridge?" umhm yes. it doesn't work because it doesn't even charge. unfortunately I don't have the time to keep shipping products back and forth and decided to eat the purchase and find a retail store local. I wouldn't support this company if you have a choice for ANY other vape supply I would without a doubt go to them over discountvape

GBNo warranties I bought a Cartisan 1300 mAh vape pen, June 20th. It isn't even 5 months old and the charging port is loose and only makes intermittent contact. I contacted discount vape pen and they said that the manufacturer might have a 90 day warranty, but they don't warranty their any of their products at all. It was 20 bucks, not one of those real cheap ones and discount vape puns advice was to not wiggle the cord too much.

GBBad product and support Bought top of the line product, Vessel battery. Did not work. Charged properly, still does not work. Discount Vape sent me a video for me to repair myself. When that failed, they ceased communications.

GBSuperior customer service Purchased two Pulsar PHD pens, and ran into a challenge with one unit. Logging an incident report with DVP was simple, and initial response from the org timely and appropriate. As we worked thru the first concern, the second unit had a one-off issue. No worries ==> stellar customer service yielded quick resolutions to each issue. Kudos to Mark in Customer Service for diligence & patience.
